Fund Transfer issue

The app overall is pretty good but when you do a transfer from one account to another, the description you provide doesn’t show when posted. It will just say “funds transfer’ under description.

Unnecessary transition at inconvenient time

I have no way to access my bank information from my phone. They shut the original app offline on a Friday and put up a new one 3 days later. Then the kicker is they can’t even enroll you because of server traffic! Terrible handling and policy.

Update: they updated it and now my face ID stopped working, very cool!

App is unusable

I am a current member of this bank and when I go to use the app with my login credentials I end up sitting at a frozen login screen forcing me to close the app and start over. I can login perfectly fine on the website, but when it comes to the app u can’t even access account without having it freezing and locking up.

uhmmm … deposits

maybe i missing something but where’s the deposit function? that was what made the banking ‘mobile’ for me - i can wait til. get home to me computer to check balances and the like. maybe i’ll go discuss with the people at my branch… ohhhhh yeah that’s right! there are no people at my branch anymore. Almost 50 years as a business and personal account holder - i think i’m done.

Love it

The bank gave notice to emails, bank statements, mail, and also on the website. If you looked at your account everyday, then you were alerted. It’s not the banks fault you failed to pay attention. Other than that the new mobile app is great. I love the new app and I’ve have had no issue with it.

Features versus Functionality

Am I missing something with the new app? Where is the Bill Pay function - the ability to pay and/or cancel scheduled debtor payments? Where is the ability to view Bill Pay payment scheduling? I use online banking for those functions not necessary the feature to transfer funds or get notifications. Please help; overall app features look great but functionality seems to be lacking.

One child can’t log in, can’t transfer funds

All information correct, dob, ss and acct number, they have “escalated” yet still unable to log in. He is in a different state in college, and I can’t transfer funds between any accounts, even the accounts that have the new app set up. Frustrating to say the least. Plus after a transaction, can you put the balance to the right? We can verify transactions but not balance after each one. Trying to figure out holds on deposits.

It’s fine

Really didn’t see a big reason to switch apps but I was able to switch over in about 60 seconds. No complaints.

Great App

Live the new, very user friendly. I must comment that I received a lot of communication about the change.

A much needed upgrade

The new user interface is super nice and easy to navigate. They’ve added a lot of new features and the ease of access while keeping end user security in mind is amazing. Looking forward to all the new updates.

Yes not being able to access ebanking over the weekend was annoying but they had all the phone support online and was easy to call in real quick for any questions or requests.
