Time to switch banks
Would give zero stars if possible. They shut down our access to our accounts for three days with no warning. They also have gotten rid of their in-person customer service, so if you go into their building you’re just talking to a screen.
Within the first 10 minutes of making my new account and trying to use this new app I got over 50 error messages. The old app worked fine. Why fix what’s not broken?

Does not work day one
So my bank decides to make you re enroll in a new app that doesn’t work (when the last app worked great). Finally logged in after jumping through all the hoops to be greeted with a page that says “No context found.” No help offered, just want to be able to check funds, pay bills, etc. Wish I could give a negative star.

Failure- guess I’ll look for a new bank after 25yrs
Nothing but issues setting up the new account. Got that accomplished and now after it accepts the login it spins and has a failure. Both on app and computer. So much for paying bills and accessing MY MONEY.

Doesn’t Even Work
I’ve jumped through their hoops of 1) not having access to my account online for a whole weekend 2) signing up for the new system (which we should automatically be transferred over to, but instead: this??) 3) the fakeout of this supposedly happening a month ago and and then them postponing it. And now, the app just doesn’t load. I’m stuck with an error message on my homepage. Same thing happens on a browser. Restarting the app puts you back at the neverending loading screen after you put your login info in. For something as important as banking information, this really is unacceptable. It makes me worry about the security of our accounts, if their tech team isn’t even capable of this.

Completely not ok to shut down the app. I couldn't even see my balance, I was out of town too. Warning would've been great, or be able to still use my app over the weekend!!!
Awful Company Practice
What bank takes down their current app and their website completely without any warning on a Friday and won’t have the “new” app up until Monday? In what world is it acceptable for a business that handles our money to just block our access to our accounts for three days? Any respectable business would have the replacement up and have you swap to it once the current one is down. How is this bank THIS stupid?
