New app and new online banking
For those previous reviewers that said no notice was given perhaps they were not reading their email or checking snail mail. I received regular emails, snail mail and alerts when logging into my online banking for WEEKS advising of the changes and the dates the system would not be available. As with any upgrade one can expect hiccups when going live. I experienced a few but was rectified within a few hours. So far the new app is working perfectly fine and has several new helpful options.

Same complaints as the others. Whoever had the bright idea to close our accounts should get a raise for deception. I can’t even view my balance.

Notice was given
We received significant advance notice via email and US mail on two separate occasions that banking would be down for the weekend. While not ideal to not have access for three days, we planned accordingly and managed it without issue.
Horrible new App!
It’s so hard to read now. It was great the way was and now it looks too light and too many margins. It’s horrible. I can’t figure out what is what on this app. I can’t deal with this day to day using this app. After 20+years with this bank I will search for a new bank.
Vast improvement
It’s finally a well-designed, iOS-friendly app! Though I think there are still areas for improvement, this is so much better than the last app and I hope it’s only up from here! I hope they do some user testing to work the kinks out, but overall, thankful for this change.
New Banking App
Plenty of notification. Loaded the new application as instructed. It was easy to load, easy to use. The multi-factor authentication makes it save and secure. A real winner. Nice job First Bank.
Launch went great!
Received plenty of notices of the conversion and was afraid it would be a hassle, but to sign up for the new website and download the Mobile on the go app, took less than five minutes. Great job making this painless and it was overdue to upgrade the platform. Can’t wait to test it out.

Thanks for providing detailed instructions on signing into the new website and then deleting the old app before installing the new one. It was simple. Thanks, too, for providing (via a large yellow notice) that this change was to occur on Monday morning. Good job!
Great App!
My branch in Campbell was great at communicating the coming changes for Online Banking and was sure I was prepared. I was able to enroll in OLB from the website this morning and got into the new App. The new App looks great and is very user friendly!
Not too bad
The bank had been warning their customers for months about the switch over. Unless you’ve been living under a rock you should have known.
Anyway, it was odd to have their system down for the weekend but I never had a single issue with using my debit card so I didn’t even notice.
