Easily the best running app available

I’ve tried a slew of running apps, and this is hands down the best. The workouts are different and keep me interested, which is difficult when I’m slogging away on a treadmill. The music integrates well and the leaderboards are an effective motivator.

The best thing about this app, however, is the developer. He really cares about the user experience and listens to feedback and incorporates feedback/features (when possible) into the app, which you don’t find much these days. Highly recommend this for any runner!

This is the one!

If you are looking for the perfect interval training program for the treadmill then look no further! I have tried so many different apps and Push Training is by far the best. The AI integration is flawless and the way the speeds and inclines are worked out is spot on. Jacob has done an amazing job with this and you will not be disappointed with it. I look forward to every workout knowing how good it is going to be.

Needs more variety

Pros: workouts are tailored to your fitness level, the price is right, you can see the workout breakdown ahead of time

Cons: I couldn’t find a way to connect to Amazon music, trainer was very robotic, and workouts seem to be only interval/HIIT which is in the description but I need more variety

You can play music from any other app without the need to 'connect' it to Push Training just by toggling 'Use my own music' in the app. Sorry to hear about your robotic trainer issue! I am possibly Jacob's worse (or best) critic depending on how you look at it. I am a Personal Trainer and in my previous career I worked as a UX Designer so it takes a lot for a fitness app to impress me.

Push Training is AMAZING! My mind is blown. I was looking for an app with treadmill programmes for me to follow that are short but effective, I had hoped for a simple zone training app. However Push Training exceeded my expectation. The app is inituitive, nice simple colour changing display screen, the voice over and music is motivating and the workouts are challenging.

If I can suggest 2 improvements to make, it would be to use chart music (however I do understand the cost of music licensing) and it would be great to have an actual workout which is a PB test that also automatically adjust your PB setting. I will recommend this app to all my clients!

Highly recommend!!!

This is one of my favorite apps! I used to not know what workouts to do on the treadmill and I was starting to get nervous now that it’s getting cooler outside…but then I got Push!! I am not worried about working out this winter at all anymore because I know this will help me stay in shape!

While I like iFit, and it’s fun, I find myself coming back over and over again to Push Training app to get a really good workout in! 💪🏻 iFit is good, but I don’t think it challenges me enough. Push literally pushes me to my limits and I love it! 👍🏻👍🏻 Also, even if I want a relaxing run, Push has it! It has it all!!!! ❤️ Thanks, again, for such a good app!! ☺️

Fantastic app

Surprisingly good app which snuck under the radar. I’ve downloaded and tried all the top recommended treadmill apps and this is definitely one if you’re looking to do HIIT on treadmills. Simple, effective and well put together.

Best out there!

I’m an ultra runner and primarily run on trails. On days I can not get to the trail, I run on my treadmill. I’ve tried so many running apps that I’ve lost count.
This is the first app that I’ve actually stuck to for training on the tread. It keep it interesting, time flies by, and I actually see results when I hit the trail again! My endurance has improved, my speed has improved and I’m just blown away. I’m currently training for another 100 miler and this has helped tremendously. I encourage you to try it!
