  • I need my backup code

    I lost my backup code recently and I cannot get my backup code back and now I have no way to logging in to one of my very important accounts. I regret doing this.

    Thanks for reaching out to me. I think 2fa is important and yet I was hoping for a way to get it without having to pay for it at $40/year on a limited number of websites. Paying $40/year to use 2fa on a single website (in my case, GoDaddy) creates too high of a barrier to entry and so I didn’t move forward with your service at this time.

    OLD MESSAGE: It’s set up as a way to protect your GoDaddy account, but then they want $40 a year. I’m only using one website for 2fa and you don’t have a free option? No thanks. Please let me know when you’ve fixed this.

    DO NOT DOWNLOAD THIS IT IS A SCAM FORCES YOU TO BUY A YEAR SUBSCRIPTION. SEND EMAIL THROUGH THERE CONTACT AND BOUNCES BACK RIGHT AWAY SAYING EMAIL IS INVALID. APPLE NEEDS TO REMOVE THIS APP!!

    Hi, Amberb07. Please check whether your network connection is normal, and make sure you have entered the correct contact information, you can contact us by email at support@zysoftapps.com. If you want to cancel a subscription, please find it in your Apple ID Settings -> Subscriptions and cancel before the 3 days expire. Otherwise, according to Apple's subscription rules, the fee will be charged automatically.

  • Wrong app

    I do not want this app or to pay for it. I was fooled into thinking it was the one I needed for school as the name and symbol were nearly the same. I want to stop the subscription and get my money back!
