  • Great and simple way to track gainz 💪🏼

    I am so bad at tracking my workouts, and I loathe spreadsheets and having to enter a lot of information into a fitness tracker. This app totally changed my perspective on fitness trackers because of how simple it is to use. It covers all the lifts I normally do, and I personally love the built in rest timer. Highly recommend if you don’t love entering a lot of information but still want to track your program!!
