  • Excellent Customer Support

    I called and spoke with a patient and knowledgeable gentleman called Sibo. Due to the sensitivity of my hosts spam filters I was unable to set up my dashboard. Sibo talked me through several ways of trying to workaround this issue and through his patience we got there and I was able to set up the service. I’m very pleased, thank you Sibo 😌

    Set up my new landline with them. Couldn’t fault the service and technical support. Made a web enquiry and was called back within the hour. Great service
  • Technical Issue

    We rang about our technical glitch and Xolela was able to assist so promptly. He was very professional and kept communicating to let me know he was still at the other end whilst I waited a resolve.

    Alfreda gave on the call to walk the system. Found it easy to set up and saves the hassle of getting a landline.

  • Don’t ruin your business. Waste of time

    I’ve used and had many voip networks over the years but this app has to be my worst experience ever. Over 3 months and app still isn’t functioning properly. The tech support have tried everything to fix the issue but no luck.
    Main issue is the phone app It rings for 2 seconds then disappears so no notification call. U can make calls fine just not able to receive… waste of time going back to traditional landline service

  • Absolutely Rubbish

    I run a taxi business in small town and it relies on phone and internet. I had an issue with previous app since the beginning and it getting worse since August then they switched to this app on last Tuesday the 28th. Since then unable to receive a call, no notification at all. Complaining every day. Requested to cancel but denied by the cancellation department. Forced me stick on and loose business. Can’t afford it. Now they asked me to pay over £200 for cancellation. I need a help please.
