I thought I was getting a company that was reputable. They do not have a phone service. They take around in circles on the car assistance. Misleading
First it stated the vehicle was compatible. After paying for the app, it then said it was not compatible. I canceled this subscription within minutes of purchasing and literally they’ve been trying to take the payment for each new week even though I canceled the very first 15 minutes.Emann n

There’s no trial option to ensure that your vehicle works properly with this app and that the features are beneficial. You get to pay and pray whether things work or not.
Expense for a full year is almost $10 a month, which is as much if not more than what you pay with your vehicle .

This app doesn’t tell you that you have to have 2019 or newer vehicle and only a few models. They take your money and then tell you..Then you have to figure out how to cancel the subscription. I’m so tired of dishonesty with these apps. I will not be caught again by any of them. Don’t give them your money. It’s nothing but another scam.Show lessSam’s been scammed

Claimed it was compatible with Lincoln which was incorrect and I’ve yet to be able to contact anyone for a refund. Bc there is no customer support option only and AI chat it which is bull sh!t. Don’t support this garbage way of app developing who replace customer care with a chatbot.juyft

I have been kicked out of the app on several occasions for no reason. One would think that using app for a Mercedes would be seamless at all times. Very displeased wit this technology. This is my 4th Mercedes but this may keep me from buying another one. Even GM apps work more reliably than this…Show lessStinky9127

First, check your car’s manufacturer for apps specific to your car. I installed this to check if there was anything this app offered that the Audi Connect app does not. The Audi Connect app offers far more info and control of my car than this app provides and I pay nothing for it.
Also, why ask me to rate your app as soon as I open it the first time? That’s ridiculous and makes it feel scammy. This is the primary reason for the numerous low ratings to which you reply for people to contact you making it appear to readers that you’re taking some type of action on an app that is mostly incompatible.
Next, why not provide a web page or info in the app indicating which cars are compatible instead of leading people to spend money trying to find out if their vehicle is supported? You could do better if you wanted to.Show lessJollyJoseph

The app said my car was compatible so I paid for the subscription just to find out that my car is too old. It is not compatible and I get my money refunded even though I was only subscribed for about 12 hours.K-Row1972

Paid the fee for the app, went through the process of linking it, and it DOES NOT WORK. Requested a refund, and it’s been denied twice. Should be flagged as a scam as you have to pay $60 to find out if it will work. Run from this app. Do t trust it. Would rate it 0* if possible.Thefrkshw
