  • Charged Me Before Confirming My Car Was Supported

    You claim you support my car (2018 Camry SE) but then after I subscribe you require I have Toyota Remote Connect and that app will not allow me to sign up because it does not recognize my car as supported for that service.

    If you had a free trial period of even just a couple days, this frustration could have been avoided but because I wanted the features you claim to provide, I signed up for the 1 week subscription, intending to expand the subscription if I liked the service but I could not even use it, at all! Now I have to jump through hoops trying to get a refund.

  • Rip off

    I paid the money first before they verified if my car would even qualify for these services. You would think a company would make sure that a customer could even use this service before taking their money. Well it was a waist of $20 bc I can’t even link my car to the app.
  • Don’t bother

    I paid 20 bucks for a moment attempt to get this to control my car in a way the cars app wouldn’t.

    If this app had a 1 hour free trial, there would be 0 subscribers

  • No go

    It says it’s compatible with Kia but only for a very few vehicles. I went ahead signed up and when I got in there to connect my car, my car is not even on the list. They don’t give you a list before you buy the app. Then when you go to cancel, you don’t get your money back.

  • Stupid

    I have no idea what this app is. I wanted to try it. I did a temporary it keeps taking money out of my account. There’s no phone number. It is a trick. It is terrible. I’m going to get the Better Business Bureau involved whoever I have to.

  • Absolutely horrible customer service!

    I paid to activate the account and after activation my 2018 Tundra was not compatible with the app. I canceled the account within 20 minutes of paying because it’s not compatible with my vehicle. The denied my refund!
  • I already have purchased this why do I have to purchase again!!!
