It doesn’t work
Don’t work at all finding all these apps says you can remote your car is all scam I did get my money back I even emailed this company nothing. Very poor service don’t waste anytime trying to access this

Do not buy!!
The app indicated that it was compatible with my vehicle.

After I purchased the subscription, I learned that it definitely was not applicable to my vehicle.

There is no way to check that previously, other than to take their word for it and clearly, as now I am looking at other reviews, this is an ongoing problem/scam. This app should be unlisted from the App Store as it clearly is fraudulent.

Don’t get it
This product doesn’t work with my vehicle. I attempted to contact them. They have no phone number for customer service. I emailed the multiple time. They never answer me back. I couldn’t even cancel after one hour of paying the app quite frankly this is a scam I will never ever buy from this company again advise you’re not to work with them.

Our Audi brand specialist, Juan Loubier, made it a completely seamless experience. He was thorough, and professional guiding us without being pushy or aggressive. We walked into Audi Danbury on Friday June 7th and picked up our car the following Friday and drove away with a beautiful new vehicle.

Not at all what it said
I purchased this to use in my new vehicle as per the recommendations I was given. However, I paid for the service and it would never connect to my vehicle. I was unable to request a refund although I didn’t even use it the first time.

Wrong app for Dodge cars
The app makes you immediately pay before you can access limited features. I found out this was the wrong app for Dodge cars. I did not need or use the app.. the company refused to refund me

Why do I have to pay if my car doesn’t work!
This has to the worst UI ever why can’t I know for sure if my car is compatible before I spend money? You’re just stealing money from me at this point and it’s ridiculous. Dont subscribe to this it’s awful.

Could not connect to my Audi
The site to connect my vehicle was down when I needed it for an emergency. It said cancel anytime when I paid for the premium membership and I cannot find where to cancel or get a hold of these people.

Useless, no point
Dont get this app, you cant connect your vehicle, you have to pay extra to control ur car, which is a bad deal and idea, just use an official remote control like MercedesME or MyBMW, these kind if apps are garbage and should be removed off the app store. Like nobody is gonna purchase an extra fee to connect your car.
