i am a bit baffled. i just got off the phone after having a very delightful (so funny because i know I was talking to AI but am still impressed) conversation with 'Sarah'. I asked her tons of questions to fully understand the scope. Get this, M1 can comb through your past data and analyze behaviors and weaknesses, so you can learn and grow. Also, it can detect testimonials you might have missed. It can do the full scope of CRM, so give you an update or suggest followup with a short summary of what you might want to know about a customer. And the list goes on about things I asked Sarah. Finally tech is getting intuitive and smart the way i always wished. I can't wait to get my unique number figured out with support. This is a game changer.

Took money out of my account. And I can’t find a way to get ahold of anyone for a refund. This app wasn’t for me so I uninstalled it only to see money come out of my account after the trail.
