  • The website was better

    It’s okay I rather get on the website but it’s no longer available only tracking thru the app it crashes a lot I’m guessing is cuz a lot of people are on it at the same time sometimes it works sometimes it doesn’t i prefer if we could start tracking once the kids get loaded not till it’s near drop off

    We're sorry for the frustration. The parent app development was at the request of parent feedback and our districts.   • Tracking

    I think the app needs to be upgraded and updated to where parents/guardians can actually track the bus in real time, whether the child is on the bus or not, just like it was when we had to use the Online version in which that no longer is an option. We were able to see where the bus was in real time that way parents/guardians didn’t have to wait outside for long periods of time. I had to wait 25-30 minutes outside in the blistering heat because the bus was that late and I was not able to track it.

  • Useless, slow, inconsistent experience

    From the beginning, this app has been a hassle. Getting my husband signed up as coparent was ridiculously difficult. The app is glacially slow to load or refresh, notifications don’t work at least half the time, and every other time I open the app it says there is no student linked to my account though nothing has changed on my side of the app. My husband‘s version, on the same model phone and at the same location for connectivity, sometimes displays of semi-live map of the bus location with notifications. Mine, the main parent account, has never shown a map.

    I cannot fathom having a first-time bus rider and thinking I would be able to rely on this app to inform me of the bus details and movement of a younger child! Our child is older, and could likely write a better, more robust app. I’m going to be at the next school board meeting to discuss how much money they are wasting using this sad excuse for an app.

  • Needs Work

    I do appreciate the option to view my child’s activities and the alerts. The new (to me) app is slow and seems to crash during high use times, pickup and drop off. That is exactly when the app is most likely to be used. I am hoping there is an update soon to fix this. Thank you.

  • App is not working most of times

    I receive push notifications for any time my kids are checking in/out to the bus but if I go to the app it does not display anything. Then if I refresh the app, all the windows will continue trying to load content forever and nothing is displayed. I can’t see my profile, bus route, my kids, etc. After about 4h the app loads the information but I need to refresh because it says no activity, so it goes to the first stage in an endless loop.
  • Maps unavailable

    It only shows you the map after you have been notified. Doesn’t tell you that that’s the way it works my wife has notification set to 20 minutes and can see the map at that point I have mine set to five minutes and can’t see anything till my notification pops up. No way to see it before then even if I were to change to a later notification just to see the map it doesn’t register.

Based on feedback from school districts nationwide and for the safety of students and drivers, the live map location of the bus will only be available from the time you receive the SMART Alert arrival notification (default 20 mins) up to the time the bus leaves your home stop. The Parent App includes new features that let you choose a time setting for bus arrival notifications and each time your student loads and unloads the bus.
  • No real time map view

    The app is garbage for all purposes. Previous web app had real time map which let us know the location of bus if bus was delayed so we can leave accordingly. FYI the bus was delayed by 15 min today on the first day and kids are waiting at the stop in a mosquito infested environment because there is no notification or map indicating where the bus is or if it is going to be late. Furious at the incompetence of the developers of this app.

  • Can’t delete email

    I changed my email this year. So now the Smart tag says they can’t link my student and that I’m the coparent which there is not one. So I delete the app, but then when I reinstall it, it keeps the same email and will not allow me to change it! Very frustrating! I try to link my student manually, but then put me as co parent.
    I changed my email with the school district to the same one on this app, but still tells me it isn’t matching to the district. Wrong. And same for my phone number. Why is there not a number to call for help? Do I call my district transportation?
    Anyways, it worked great last year using the portal. But the app, no success until this is fixed.

Due to the safety and security around student information, the information that the district has on file must match what you are using to validate your account.   • Horrible app

    If i could give this app -0 stars i would.
    What a horrible app our district asked us to download this app to use for our children bus information. Prior to the app we were using the online website which worked fantastic. But this new app is horrible it does not work properly it’s supposed to send notifications but does not send anything and when it does work it sends the information incorrect one time it said my child was in the bus when he didn’t even attend school that day. 90 percent of the time does not work horrible horrible horrible

  • The WoOoOoOostttt

    App doesn’t work correctly. Notifications are never correct. When the app lets me actually track the bus it will freeze on one location & my kids miss the bus. When I try doing it online it refers me back to this app. I can’t access anything on the app except the notifications saying they are arriving. I would rate zero if I could.
