  • Not better than the website so far

    The app is completely unresponsive during peak times failing to sending notifications almost entirely and it’s very inconsistent from parent to parent. Of the 4 parents that waited at the stop this morning only 1 of us got the notification on time for the 10 minute early bus and this afternoon the app failed to work or load at all.
  • App doesn’t work

    Had to delete it and reinstall to link my student even at that the student page is blank and notifications are bank. After i successfully linked the student i couldn't see any bus routes and information during pick up time. Now the app is telling me to link students again. I called the smart tag number was on hold for an hour and still i wasn’t connected to an agent. Plus i’m using the current version of the app. This app is really frustrating to use.

  • Doesn’t do it’s one job

    I don’t know if this review will be seen by the app developer or the smart tag company but this app is essentially a mistake. The website worked and had more functionality than this app. The app is clearly not ready with bugs and being overwhelmed during busy times. We should have the option to use the website since the app is not ready. Maybe the app will get better but we should not be beta testers for the app. We should have alternatives during the app’s development.

  • Doesn’t always load

    I was initially excited about the text updates but found that the app itself doesn’t always load even though I’m connected my home wifi. It seems to happen when my children are suppose to getting on the bus. I’m not sure if it’s because there’s too many parents try to check at the same time causing it to crash but this is a major issue. Just sits on a blank screen attempting to connect and won’t.

  • Unable to load

    The app worked in the morning but now it’s stuck and not providing updates and when I try to refresh it, it’s just stays on loading. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling and no luck.
  • Buggy, not ready to be live

    This should have been tested more before migrating the entire school district as the replacement for the web app. It’s so frustrating especially when you have a student starting a new school. Would have been better to give Parents the option, not force us to move to a mobile app that isn’t ready for mass consumption.

  • Preferred the web version

    The app I apologize is useless. I’m hoping this is just first week of school kinks that need to be straightened out but one moment I can see my kid liked and then I can’t. When I go to link him back to my account it just spins. Actually the entire app even after force quitting and making sure nothing else was open on my phone is JUST SPINNING.

    What's going on with this APP?? The school bus dynamic updates once every 15 seconds, and the school bus speed is 15 seconds slower. The point is that the APP can still be used in the morning, but it can't be used in the afternoon, I can't find the student information when I log in, and I can't re-link, the system says my email and phone number don't match?? It is not as good as the previous web version, log in to show the location of the school bus, the school bus is also updated in real time, simple and direct.

  • No data in app

    On first day of school, this app is screwed up. Data is not loading, after 10 mins data load, and it removed my linked students. And not even allowing linking it back. Useless app. They removed web page also, so don’t have any way to check buses. Very bad experience to start the first day.
  • Website was better

    The website was way better. I could see the bus on the map. That was much better than the alerts. The alerts are not reliable and with the map I could send my kid to the bus stop when the bus was close. Bring live map back.

    Thanks for your feedback. The parent app development was at the request of parent feedback and our districts. Certain features are turned on at your district's discretion. This app allows for more custom notifications plus the previous arrival alerts. When a driver signs into a route, the time parameters and notification settings may impact when the map is available.
