  • This app does nothing.

    It does nothing besides showing my kids’ bus routes. Nowhere for me to change dismissal for the kids, or enable coparenting. I do not even know where my kids are gonna be after school on their first day of school. This app meeds serious improvements.
  • Won’t link my student

    This app will not link my student even though it is the same EXACT email I have provided both the school and Smart Tag. It’s annoying and I can’t afford to take my kid to and from school when I work almost an hour away. Please figure your app out.

    We apologize for your frustration. Sometimes, the app may be slow but such instances are rare. Once you are logged in, there is a "Help Center" button at the bottom of the Account section, tap on it to access FAQs and support contact info for your district. For account settings and login troubleshooting, please contact support@smart-tag.net for individual assistance.
  • What’s the Point

    Both students loaded correctly the day before school starts. 1st day of school and app says no students are linked but the texts are coming thru from the app. The website allowed us to see the bus where it was on its route and now we have been forced to use an app that is clearly overloaded with data that the servers can not support.

  • Website was better

    The app is pointless. My students have been linked from previous years. The app will tell me that my kid has been picked up under notifications but also shows I have no students linked and will not show them or their routes (to see pickup/dropoff times). Luckily I checked on a previous day when it was working so they’d even know where to go this morning and took a screenshot for them.

  • Awful and unreliable

    This app is very slow and doesn’t seem to work most of the time. Here we are on the first day of school and it’s not pulling up anything but a blank screen. I have to manually go into update status to check where my child is at constantly because the app’s notifications doesn’t work even though I have sound, badge, etc on.

Please verify that SMART Alerts are on for each setting and each student you selected (To School/To Home/Load/Unload), and that the correct route is assigned to your student.   • Not working

    The first week before going back to school. I could see my kids profile. Now that it is the first day of school is not working it’s only loading but nothing shows up in the screen. Tried calling bus transportation and it sends me to an automated voicemail.

  • Not working

    First day of school and the new required app is not working. Cannot see bus route, and tells me I have no student linked to my account, but I did have a student linked yesterday. No update available for the app. When will this be working?

  • Doesn’t work

    Told by the district to download this app. When I go to search the district it’s not available. School starts tomorrow and I have no idea what bus they are supposed to ride or what time it gets here. Went online to the search it shows to and from with some weird number 11AM3? Or 2AM? Where is the information we need?!

  • Will not approve new email

    I added my spouse’s email so he can register for the app and Smart Tag has it “pending” now for a week. I never received an email to confirm his use to track our child. What’s going on? Buggy app.
