  • Not sending the code

    This app when you want to change a password does not send a code to your email. I even checked my junk folder

  • Horrible

    Signed in on the app and got linked to my child. Now the app is completely glitched out. I’m not connected to my children. It keeps asking me to link a child and my account continues in an infinite loop of loading and can’t even sign out or do anything.

  • Slow app

    Terrible app. Takes an eternity to do anything in this app. I’ve updated it and still doesn’t work right. Won’t link my kids. Or it will link and then not show up on my dashboard. This app needs a lot of work

    for some reason my account page wont load at all and im trying to log in and it wont let me !!

  • Doesn’t sync with iPhone password manager

    Please add iPhones password manager functionality to sync it automatically and can use face id

  • Worst App Ever

    Unable to login. Repeatedly create an account but still can’t log in. No forgot password email comes. Unusable.

  • How do i remove a child from my accouny

    I really need help to remove a child from my account, my daughter put a random kid i dont know into the account how do i remove him?

  • Great customer service!

    App wasn’t sending notifications. Customer service replied quickly and helped troubleshoot, now it’s back to working great. Love the app!

By default, all SMART Alert notifications are off and specific to each student. School push notifications are turned on in your account. Individual SMART Alerts are turned on in your specific student profile. Please contact our customer support team for individual assistance at support@smart-tag.net.
  • No notifications after latest iOS update

    Please update the app so that it sends notifications. Since updating to latest iOS version, I am no longer getting any notifications from the app.
