Not working

First day of school and the new required app is not working. Cannot see bus route, and tells me I have no student linked to my account, but I did have a student linked yesterday. No update available for the app. When will this be working?

Doesn’t work

Told by the district to download this app. When I go to search the district it’s not available. School starts tomorrow and I have no idea what bus they are supposed to ride or what time it gets here. Went online to the search it shows to and from with some weird number 11AM3? Or 2AM? Where is the information we need?!

We apologize for your frustrations. Due to the safety and security around student information, the information that the district has on file must match what you are using to validate your account. The reason you may not see your district is that the email addresses do not match. Please verify you are on the current version, 1.2.10, and try to relink your student. If that is unsuccessful, contact us at support@smart-tag.net and provide the following information: Student ID # or Name, District Name, Campus Name, Student’s D.O.B., and email or phone number you are trying to register with. We want the app to work for you.

Will not approve new email

I added my spouse’s email so he can register for the app and Smart Tag has it “pending” now for a week. I never received an email to confirm his use to track our child. What’s going on? Buggy app.

Not sending the code

This app when you want to change a password does not send a code to your email. I even checked my junk folder

Horrible

Signed in on the app and got linked to my child. Now the app is completely glitched out. I’m not connected to my children. It keeps asking me to link a child and my account continues in an infinite loop of loading and can’t even sign out or do anything.

Slow app

Terrible app. Takes an eternity to do anything in this app. I’ve updated it and still doesn’t work right. Won’t link my kids. Or it will link and then not show up on my dashboard. This app needs a lot of work

wont work

for some reason my account page wont load at all and im trying to log in and it wont let me !!

Doesn’t sync with iPhone password manager

Please add iPhones password manager functionality to sync it automatically and can use face id

Worst App Ever

Unable to login. Repeatedly create an account but still can’t log in. No forgot password email comes. Unusable.

How do i remove a child from my accouny

I really need help to remove a child from my account, my daughter put a random kid i dont know into the account how do i remove him?
