Best Workout Program Ever!
I have absolutely LOVED build and burn! The app is easy to navigate and includes all their programs plus some recipes at no additional cost from their regular subscription! As a stay at home mom their 35 min workouts are the best! I also really appreciated their prenatal and postpartum program. 6 months after having my little one and I feel and look amazing! Doing workouts from home is so convenient! Ashley and Amanda are my hype girls and have such a fun energy during the workouts! So grateful, this program has literally changed the way I view exercising and made my fitness goals achievable!

Feeling strong and amazing!
I have been doing the work outs consistently for about eight months and I love them! I look forward the new videos coming out each week, and at only 30 minutes find no problem fitting them around a busy schedule. I feel stronger, look stronger and love telling everyone why. Can’t recommend enough.
This program got me working out consistently for the first time in years, since before my first kid was born. I love the follow along videos. Love the strength days, my sweet spot, but glad it pushes me to do cardio burn days too. The short workouts four times a week are achievable— but I still see results! I feel strong and energized and GOOD. the weekly plan keeps me on track… it’s like having a personal trainer without the price tag. Having a dedicated schedule is more motivating for me than the bigger-brand apps with infinite choices. Like I said, I can’t say enough good things about this program.
I do think the app could be improved in some small ways, but that doesn’t take away from the fun and motivating workout experience or the results!

Mostly good
I like most of the workouts and love that they’ve added so many follow along videos instead of their previous PDF format. I love the full body strength workouts and wish there were more! Unfortunately, the audio is really distracting because they just play their own music in the gym instead of adding music over the video. My husband tried to do one workout with me but he couldn’t get over the audio. Also, there are some bugs on the desktop version. An additional tab gets opened in my browser whenever I click a video instead of just navigating me to that new page in the same tab. I left similar feedback about the audio back when they were on their earlier version and my review was deleted.

Fits into my busy schedule
I absolutely love using Build & Burn! It has fit easily into my busy daily schedule since the workouts are around 30 minutes long. The B&B app is very easy to use and navigate through. It’s extremely helpful when on the go or in your home since you can Airdrop it to your TV if your TV has that option. I highly recommend this workout program and their app!

The best fitness app out there🫶
This program has made me not only noticeably physically stronger, but I can really feel the effects and I only started about 4 months ago. My resting heart rate is lower, I can walk up stairs easier, I don’t get as tired when I’m running around with my dog, I can lift my suitcase without hurting myself…the list goes on. Talk about effective!! It has completely changed my perspective on fitness - this program makes staying consistent attainable with 30 min workouts 4 times a week. Ashley and Amanda are realistic in their approach, super knowledgeable, and honestly so fun to work out with!

Great program!
Having a background in exercise science + personal training I appreciate this program set up. Each workout is challenging, fun, and can be modified to every individual. I’m a few months into this program and have been seeing results regardless of the fact that I haven’t been consistent every single week. I also love that I can do them right from my home. I encourage you to try it!

Love this app!!
Having this app for only 4 months I’m noticing a huge difference!! I feel so toned, strong and confident in my body finally after almost 2 years PP! I’ve struggled to find workouts after having a baby that fit my working schedule and mom life but the format each week, the length of the workouts (30 minutes!!) and the intensity have been exactly what I needed to take my workouts to the next level and actually see results. I love that I don’t even have to think about what I’m doing that day, I just look at the app and go! You won’t regret getting this app!!

Best Workouts Ever
I love the efficiency of these 30 minute work outs. They are structured in a way to get the most of out of the least amount of time. The best part is you can adjust to make the moves more difficult or less difficult when needed. After over a year with B&B I see a noticeable difference in my body and my strength.
After a gym hiatus, B&B is what got me back to working out consistently. It’s easy to find time for daily 30 min workouts, especially when it’s always changing and doesn’t feel monotonous at all.
