Great workout content, good app
Overall great content on this app. Their workout programs are super accessible for someone low on time and without access to a gym. I did only these through COVID and ended up building a little bit of muscle and feeling super strong. Would love to see cardio videos.
Their recipes could be better. I find the majority of them don’t sound super appealing and only sometimes overlap with what it looks like Ashley and Amanda are actually eating. Recipes on other apps like Form I find sound way tastier and are equally healthy.
App is good, not great. Reliable but the top section being Resume probably isn’t ideal (how often does that really get used?). I also like their PDFs and wish they stuck around in the app longer and would love to see more features like better filtering, rating how difficult a class was, weight recommendations, etc.

High quality workouts with High quality ladies!
Been big fans of A&A’s workouts through instagram for several years now and decided to try their app. Recently switched to a home gym set up with a bike and treadmill but I was feeling bit aimless with my strength training as I didn’t know the ideal way to make a workout schedule or incorporate it into cardio days.
I have been following along their summer workout schedule and it really takes all the thinking out of it. Its so efficient but effective! It really feels like you’re in a live class with a personal trainer. The app quality/user experience is excellent - no excess frills and easy to find workouts that you want. I think it’s just as good or better than the Peloton and Equinox apps which I also use, but added benefit of having a dedicated schedule which many other apps lack- plus we love to support a small business and these ladies’ brand philosophy is fantastic!

Highly recommend
Currently pregnant and build and burn have been my go to for daily exercise, workouts are only 30min each and really gives you engery for the day

Have been taking B&B classes since my 2nd trimester! It’s helped me increase my strength and stabilise muscles around my pelvis and the girls and their tunes are a feel good winner 🥳
Post Partum 2 Thumbs Up!
I started this program when I was 3 months post partum and am just concluding 4 weeks of killer workouts! I’ve been relearning my strength and core and this program has helped so much. I go to the gym every day already knowing what my workout will look like. It’s so refreshing not to have to create my own workouts while I’m so focused on my baby. I have loved this program and am definitely feeling stronger!

Perfect for a busy schedule
Whether it be busy with work, baby, or balancing family life; B&B is the perfect workout to add to your routine. I love that the program provides realistic 30 min work outs that are specially made for females (there are always prenatal and postpartum modifications offered). Moreover, it is never boring! The workouts are fun, build on each other, and always something new….. It’s been the best addition to my routine :) HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!

For those looking for effective workouts in little time - stop scrolling and download. These gals know how to make workouts fun! You’ll feel results in a matter of weeks. Highly recommend!
So far loving it
I love how the workouts are around 30 mins so they quick, efficient, and effective! It is also super helpful that for some workouts it has a follow along video or a PDF (so you can view the workout ahead of time or if you don’t want to follow a video and go at a faster or slower pace). If I could make a suggestion, it would be helpful if the app had a feature for you (or the app) to mark once youve completed a certain workout with a check mark or it could say “watched”.

Feeling strong!
Six weeks in and I’m feeling amazing! I’ve cut back on running and I’ve loving my B&B workouts. I look forward to them coming out every Sunday.
Absolutely love it!
I was a competitive gymnast, then athlete through college. After that I always found it hard to stay consistent with working out because I wasn’t enjoying it. I would go in waves of being good about going to the gym but never very consistent. With build and burn I really enjoy it. In my adult life, I have always wanted to get into working out, and now I finally have with build and burn! I also really enjoy the camaraderie between Ashley & Amanda! Their relationship reminds me of my sister and I and it makes it so fun! Thanks y’all; I actually look forward to working out now! I wake up and work out before work now, eat a consistent breakfast and have so much more energy. This has never been me and I I’m truly loving it!! 🫶🏼
