  • So far loving it

    I love how the workouts are around 30 mins so they quick, efficient, and effective! It is also super helpful that for some workouts it has a follow along video or a PDF (so you can view the workout ahead of time or if you don’t want to follow a video and go at a faster or slower pace). If I could make a suggestion, it would be helpful if the app had a feature for you (or the app) to mark once youve completed a certain workout with a check mark or it could say “watched”.

  • Absolutely love it!

    I was a competitive gymnast, then athlete through college. After that I always found it hard to stay consistent with working out because I wasn’t enjoying it. I would go in waves of being good about going to the gym but never very consistent. With build and burn I really enjoy it. In my adult life, I have always wanted to get into working out, and now I finally have with build and burn! I also really enjoy the camaraderie between Ashley & Amanda! Their relationship reminds me of my sister and I and it makes it so fun! Thanks y’all; I actually look forward to working out now! I wake up and work out before work now, eat a consistent breakfast and have so much more energy. This has never been me and I I’m truly loving it!! 🫶🏼

  • Quick/effective workouts

    As a working mom of 2 (almost 3), I’ve found the only way to get a workout in is before my kids get up, but we all know how hard it is to wake up before them!! Being able to pull up my app to do a 25-35 min workout and still feel like I’m getting stronger/sore the next day is a great feeling. And I love that Ashley was just pregnant bc I followed along with her as part of the pregnancy program!

    These workouts may be short, but they’re effective and I love that they include warm ups/cool downs within each video too. Sometimes the videos are a little corny with the convos between the 2 sisters, but the workouts are great!!!

  • Fantastic

    So easy to use and it’s only gotten better. The most fun and effective workout app I personally have ever had, because it’s so functional—I don’t know of any other app that would have supported me through my surgery recovery and my sister through post-partum, all while making me laugh and helping me learn more about my body and my own capabilities. Ashley and Amanda are such sweethearts and they have really made an effort to create a platform that caters to so many bodies in so many stages of life, and is considerate of the struggles and limitations of just being a person trying for happiness and health. Five hundred stars.

  • The best workout program!!

    I absolutely love Build & Burn and am so thankful for what y’all have created! I actually look forward to working out and even don’t mind getting up earlier in the morning for it! I can feel myself getting stronger and find it easier to stay consistent with this program. Love that you have PDF and video formats - the videos make me feel like I’m just working out with friends! Ashley and Amanda are the best!!

  • Absolutely love these workouts!

    I LOVE these workouts. They’re quick and effective. As a mom of two young children, it’s amazing to get to work out at home during nap time. I also love Ashley and Amanda. It never feels like I’m exercising alone in my basement! You just need a set of dumbbells and some resistance bands and you’re set to truly transform your body. I look forward to my workout every day and get sad on days there aren’t scheduled workouts!!

  • Very good program

    I have been using this program for two months and think it is really solid. It is well balanced between strength, cardio, functional mobility and variability (weeks of steady building/burning, weeks of mixing things up with new routines). It keeps things fresh but consistent enough for people like me to stick to it for the long haul. I became very weak post partum and two and a half years later, this has been a great program for me. I am already stronger and standing taller, and seeing body comp changes in my progress photos. I look forward to continuing to use this program if my husband and I conceive again because I have high hopes for the pregnancy/post partum program!
    Overall my experience of the program is that it is consistent, engaging and uncomplicated which makes it sustainable for me. 30 minute workouts are really where it’s at, and they pack a punch. I’ve started and abandoned several work out programs over the years, none suited me as well as Build and Burn. I highly recommend it. Thank you Ashley and Amanda!

  • Favorite way to workout!

    I have followed these sisters for a couple of years, but I didn’t try the app until just recently when I started prioritizing working out and taking care of myself. This is truly one of my favorite ways to workout and they are such good workouts! They are quick (not always so easy) and fun and make me feel so good afterward. Highly highly recommend for busy people who are looking to prioritize their health!

  • Longest I’ve ever stuck with a program!!

    I’m hooked. I love everything about this community and app! I followed these girls and their workouts long before the app came along (4+ years) and I’ve never not looked forward to their workouts! The workouts are quick enough I can fit them in as a new mom with a full time job - but they don’t skimp on effectiveness. This program and these girls have changed my life.

  • THE BEST

    Build & Burn is the first workout app of many that I have tried that I have actually looked forward to staying consistent! I love the video format, and the variety of workouts offered! Ashley & Amanda are awesome and super motivating! Not to mention the prenatal and postpartum workouts are wonderful as well! I’m so glad I found Build & Burn as I was newly postpartum, and I’ve been able to continue with the workouts even 16 months later. I highly recommend this program! You won’t regret it!
