Finally found the perfect app!
I’ve tried so many different workout apps, and Build and Burn is #1 by far! The workouts are efficient and are all only about 30 mins, so it’s manageable to stay active even with a busy schedule! I love the follow along videos because Ashley and Amanda really keep me motivated and on track! I could not recommend this app enough! Plus there are so many different added features such as recipes, cool downs, warm ups, yoga classes, etc! Love it so much!! 💪🏻🙌🏻

LOVE THIS APP!!
I absolutely love this app and the Build and Burn workout program. It has kept me so consistent with my exercise routine and is something I look forward to each day. It makes getting in daily movement so easy, especially as someone working out from home with minimal equipment. The follow-along videos are efficient & effective, plus it feels like you’re working out with friends! LOVE IT!

Consistent and Strong!
I am someone who was never able to stay consistent with at home workouts, so I always paid an insane amount for classes that I felt like I would plateau in. Then came build and burn. I decided to give it a try and wow I’m in love. I am able to stay consistent, I feel so much stronger and I actually look forward to my 5:15AM alarm! I love how quick and effective the workouts are and that there are both video and PDF versions! I’m so proud to be a build and burn girly just watch out for the tempo challenges (oof)!

LOVE it
I found Build & Burn when I was 4 weeks postpartum with my second son. Not only do I credit the program with helping me feel like myself again, I also truly feel stronger than every before! I get a high quality workout done in ~35 minutes. I am also loving the new additions to the app (recipes, both follow along & pdf versions of every workout, etc). As a busy working mama, I can’t recommend enough!

So worth it!
I found Build & Burn at the start of the year(2024) and am so glad I did! I workout regularly out of the house but have reached a stale point where I've leveled out in weight and wanted to add something else in to lose a little. Their workouts have been perfect, easy to keep up with, challenging, breaking a sweat and quick!

Worth the money
I’ve never been one to stick to a work out schedule or see results. I joined the build and burn at the beginning of the year - thinking it wouldn’t last… but I have actually looked forward to the quick 30 min workouts after my day of work. It’s become part of my day. I’m enjoying it and for the first time ever, I’m actually seeing results and feeling the burn!

Quick & Effective Workouts
I’m a wife, a mom of a 2year old and another on the way, work a 9-5 job (in office), amongst all the other things. These workouts are quick & effective for those with busy schedules. I’ve also completed their workouts through my entire pregnancy and never had to question what I could & couldnt do. Their workouts also come with great tunes 🤩

Favorite Workout App!
I’ve tried quite a few workout apps over the years and Build and Burn is my favorite by far! The app itself is simple and easy to navigate while still giving me everything I need to have a successful workout and nutrition plan each week! The daily workouts are accessible with minimal equipment and time required, so no overthinking it. I seriously look forward to my workouts every day now!
