I saw Borunda

Dr. Borunda was very helpful explaining how the medication works she answer every question I had and never felt rush I got the medication fast 3 days after. I had been using semagutide for over a year in a very high dose and couldn’t loose weight terzepadite has been a blessing it’s only been 3 days since I started terzepadite at the lowest dose and the first 3 days already lost 2 pounds I no longer have the desire of eating fried food or carbs and I my portions now are little with semaglutide I eating everything I could eat I was so fustrade it because I was paying a lot of money with no result I believe terzepadite it’s far way better then semaglutide.

FTR Health Dr Appointment

I was nervous about appointment which is unusual for me. I love all my Drs. I think it was going to on line, but everything went smoothly and it was a good appointment. She taught me what I needed to do next and order to get further help. I called my pharmacy and they called me back with a prescription for nausea medicine. Actual weight loss medicine arrived the next day after talking to my nice nurse practitioner, she was wonderful and asked me if I had any questions. I don’t have any yet. I imagine I will have some because that is my nature. It all went very well Nurse practitioner was very nice. The package arrived with an explanation of how to take the medicine that was best for me and my goals. I’m excited and hopeful , Thanks!

Misleading and difficult to cancel

As soon as I enrolled, I knew that it was a mistake and tried to cancel my subscription. The price that I got was just too high and I searched the app for how to cancel. The help section was telling me that I could click through “more” and find a cancellation option. I didn’t find anything. So I tried the chat option, but it was lat and it was just a bot that gave me the option to email. I got a response this morning, but it wanted to know why—so I responded, and didn’t hear back. Then I got an appointment notification so I emailed again and went on the app to find out how to cancel. The chatbot said that I was in line for assistance, but I waited for over an hour without even an ETA or # in line. I missed the appointment and couldn’t get in touch with anyone. I ended up calling to cancel and was told that it was nonrefundable and they tried to sell me on a different subscription. I asked for a supervisor and the customer service agent finally got off-script and took me seriously. I’m told that I will get a full refund. But I am so disgusted by how difficult it was and how aggressively they tried to contact me about the physician appointment—emails, texts, multiple calls and voicemail, a notification on the app. I felt hunted. Fingers crossed that I get my money back and next time, more research to find a better service.

Do Not Use they will try and Upsell

I went online looking for a simple solution program to help me with my weight loss journey. First of all getting in contact with the provider is a pain. They take forever and have so many run arounds when You finally get to talk to a provider they only offer one medication for weight management and will automatically try to upsell you for a plan of $280 something a month. I used the medication for a week and it wasn’t for me it made me really sick and I wasn’t offered any other real options. Aside from taking time to go and get blood work the whole “doctor patient” interaction was about 10 minutes max. When talking to someone to get a refund they said they would only do a partial refund. And Charge me for two months. The “second” month was me literally talking to a provider to let them know the side effects of the medication for them to tell me that it wouldn’t be a fit for me and they would give me a refund. This is a total scam save your hard earned money and avoid this at all cost.

Follow up appointment

I had my first follow up appointment with Dr. Jaya Madhav and It went better than I could’ve asked. I had trouble in the past with my own Primary care Physician when it came to figuring out solutions to my weight loss and medications.
I explained my weight loss objectives to Dr. Jaya and she actually listened and understood what I needed and planned accordingly. This being my first follow up appointment I was nervous I wouldn’t be allowed for an increase in medication because my own Physician didn’t increase my medication until 6-8 months after starting which was discouraging due to lack of efficacy so I decided to stop taking weight loss medication at that time.
Working with my Primary Physician was like pulling teeth if I was asking for help with weight loss.
I didn’t have any symptoms or concerns so
Dr. Jaya didn’t waist anytime in helping me move forward in order to reach my objective for better health.

Me siento inconforme. I feel dissatisfied

Esta aplicación es muy confusa porque al principio cobran $495 y ahí dicen que es por el tratamiento de 5 meses que son $99 cada mes por el medicamento y que viene incluido la metformina, mira uno la oportunidad y hacemos el sacrificio ya que uno es de bajos recursos.. resulta que es para el médico que te va a atender cuando eso no lo explican y después te quieren cobrar por el medicamento $229 y no se me hace justo que no sean claros desde un principio por eso le doy una sola estrella. Aparte no tienen servicio en español

This application is very confusing because at first they charge $495 and there they say that it is for the 5-month treatment that is $99 every month for the medicine and that metformin is included, look at the opportunity and we make the sacrifice since one is of low resources.. it turns out that it is for the doctor who is going to attend you when they do not explain that and then they want to charge you for the medicine $229 and it does not seem fair to me that they are not clear from the beginning that's why I give it a single star. Besides, they don't have service in Spanish

Scam

They’re basically advertising that you’re only gonna have to pay $229 for the whole plan, but actually they charge you $130 on top of the 229 for every month, it’s not as they claim they tell you that it’s only gonna take you $229 for the whole plan which is between 3 to 4 months and there’s no additional fees or anything like that but you end up paying 229 every single time you need a refill plus $130 you don’t even consent about doctor appointment Dr herself told me that she don’t need to see me again so why am I paying another $130 on top of the 299 that I had no idea that I’m gonna be paying and when you try to reach out to them nobody answers no one answers. It’s just scam be careful guys don’t just look at the good reviews because trust me when I tell you people get paid to write reviews or you can go ahead and buy reviews from India with real accounts all the good reviews are not true. Check the bad reviews. That was my mistake before I downloaded this app or get these services.

It is stated the membership fee of $129 per month does not include the medication, however we are working on making it more clear to avoid these situations from happening in the future. The membership fee pays for appointments, doctors fees, lab fees, as well as app access. So even if you don't have a visit with the doctor, there are still fees for renewing the prescription. Terrible service, borderline scam

I don’t even know where to start with this sorry excuse for a company. In just 5 weeks of using their program I have been double charged ($229 dollars), had my shipments cancelled, refused refunds for double payments, and told the medical provider said it’s not a good fit for me despite the actual call I had saying the exact opposite. All of their mistakes and doubling back add up to about $1000 just evaporated from my account, they haven’t apologized or proactively caught any of their mistakes. I have to do that for them and fight them tooth and nail to get my money back for something as simple as a double charge. I’ve blocked them on my CC and suggest you avoid this company at all costs. Do not use FuturHealth, there are other services out there to use instead. This one is a guaranteed scam

Scheduling doc appointments are hard

I’ve been on the service for three months now. The medicine comes quickly after your doctors appointment, however, scheduling an appointment with your doctor which you have to do to get your medicine each month is hard. Their website doesn’t have a link to do it or to sign your account,there’s no obvious way to schedule an appointment. I often end up having to go through the helpdesk to get a link. Other than that is fine and certainly cheaper than getting the brand-name auto injectors.

The drug works and doctors are great ! Customer service and the app are useless

This company is a mess when it comes to the app being accurate and working . Trying to get help from customer service is frustrating . They are basic call banks with scripted lines and you have to start over with information every time . No real education or informed help from them .
I was told everyone i got on a call a different reason for why nothing was working. My payment didn’t go thru oh it did now sorry then it was trying to get appointments to work were awful. Had contradictory emails go out to me at the same time with different information about my situation so i don’t know what to believe and honestly feel they don’t care they just want the money and move on .
I honestly am not a person who even writes reviews but my frustration is at a breaking point. Again i say trizepitide is great and works . They doctors are very nice to work with .. customer service and the app are awful .
I suggest if want to use the drug go to a different provider that way you won’t be frustrated and confused about what is going on like i am .
