Can’t even access my account

I was trying to change my password in the app. First few times, I was getting an error and told to try again later. Now, it’s saying that my account doesn’t exist under the email address I have even though it sent me an access code multiple times to change my password

Can’t do anything!!!

I have an account for the old app. Tried to sign up for this new app. It doesn’t let me sign up or sign in!!!! Clicked on reset password and it showed invalid email!! What do you want me to do?????

Doesn’t work

They released this “new and improved” app but I can’t do anything. I tried to create an account and it took hours to get to the correct screen because it kept making me enter a password that I don’t have yet. Then when it finally got me to the correct screen to enter my info it says it was sending a code to my email. Never got one. I couldn’t hit “back” so I closed the app completely. Tried to log in because I created a password and it tells me invalid email. I try to “sign up” again and it doesn’t take me to the correct screen to do so.

Another Round 1 app that doesn’t work 👎🏽👎🏽

App doesn’t let me sign in or sign up with my existing account. I just get an “invalid email/password” message or “an unknown error occurred”. The old app was pretty bad, but at least I could sign in.

Can’t create account on new app

Round1 app was supposed to be launched last year and I waited so long for this. Now with the new app coming out you can’t even create an account on it. There is no point to go to round1 now. My wife and I would go weekly and now we’re not getting rewarded for spending our money there anymore. There goes date night. Please fix this so we can enjoy ourselves again.

I received my email info to sign in and yet it says is wrong, current state of the app, dont bother

Not able to log in

I was trying to log in from my previous account on the last round 1 app, however when I couldn’t enter my password i tried to reset it using my email. After getting the reset password I literally copied and pasted it from my email to the app and yet it said that it was incorrect. Please fix this.

Can’t Change Password

Made sure to have my account saved before the delayed transition to the new app. Now I’m unable to sign in and when attempting to change password, I’m consistently given an error to try again later. Very much expected this.

Terrible, as expected.

Tried to use the “forgot my password” for the email I used for my previous round1 account, before making a new account in this app. Now the email can’t be used to create an account. Guess my old data is just lost now. Thanks!
