Why even release an app when unready?

Title says it all, can’t even sign into the app if I wanted to. Sign ins for passwords and emails are all say invalid and won’t let you change your passwords anyway. Not only that, but this app is being released 2 months later than initially stated and it still doesn’t work. Did they not test it before releasing it?

can‘t log-in

There is an issue with this app. When I try to log in to my existing account, it shows that the email or password does not match the system. I attempted to reset the password, but it indicates that there is no account record with this email in the system. When I try to reapply for an account, it redirects me to the login page to enter the password. After entering the password, it starts a new cycle again.

Won’t let you sign into existing account

When you sign into your account, it says your login info is invalid yet when you request to reset your password, it says there’s no account to sign into. Then, when you sign up for a new account, it recognizes your email and forces you to sign into your existing account and repeats the process.

What Happened?!?

They updated this new app and my account is not recognized, my membership isn’t recognized, so much for my business, I’ll go to D&B from now on

Lost everything

I was given a heads up from the previous app that the new one was coming and I should write down my name and password for ease of account recovery. I screen capped the info to ensure I didn’t get anything wrong. Enter today, new app drops, I go to sign in and it says password is wrong. Ok reset password, “email not found.” As a frequent visitor to round1 I sincerely hope my silver ranked annual account isn’t lost, I literally renewed it Saturday.

Worst Migration Possible

Recently Round 1 has Migrated to a new application however half their important features do not work.

I proceeded to try to log in to my account to be told my password is not correct. I went to reset password then entered my email to get the dreaded "Could not find a user with this email address."

I tried to make a new account with my same email address think everything got reset when it told me my email address is invalid.

I tried to look online for any trouble shooting assistance on their side to find not a single article. 0/5 worst migration I've seen to date.

Can’t get past the login screen

The long awaited app from Round 1 won’t even let me past the sign up screen. I have been looking forward to the new rewards program only to be disappointed that I can’t sign up for it. Hopefully they get this rectified in another month or 2. Wish I had a Dave and Busters near me. At least they offer a half price day, and they have an app that works properly.

Sad

Round1 has been hyping up this app since last year and it’s already awful! I can’t log in to the account I’ve had on the old app for months. It keeps saying my password is incorrect. And when I do try to make a new password it shows me an error message. Please fix the app!
