Waste of money

This app is the biggest waste of money. I paid for 2 weeks and then another $59 was taken out of my account 2 weeks later. Support was not helpful at all. Does nothing to help with mental health.

App is not useful and charged a sneaky subscription fee

Paid for my plan for 3 months. 1 month in I was charged a subscription fee, realising afterwards it states this can occur in the small print - should have read it but hopefully saves someone else the money! FYI they refuse to refund you.

Also, app is useless. Unless you are absolutely driven 100% to use it all the time (even then I’m not sure you’ll benefit much), it’s just another chore

Generic solutions & poor customer service

The app does not help beyond giving surface level advice that you probably already knew. Furthermore, there is no way to tell when your subscription ends, so you have no way to track when to cancel it. Even if you go to the App Store to track what your current subscriptions are, it does not show up. Furthermore, when you try to cancel, there’s no easy way to do it on the app. If it’s easy to sign up for an account through the app, there should also be an easy way to discontinue your account. Overall, seems like a sham that’s just out there to get your money. The worst part is they’re preying on people who are struggling with mental health and are seeking an outlet to improve. Would not recommend!

Awful app

This is a recurring subscription which they don’t notify you of & randomly charge your card giving you no option to cancel!
You’re better off with a book or even using notes in your phone. It’s not worth £60 once never mind twice!!
Save your money & avoid this rip off app!!!

Ineffective

I used to this app for about two weeks and found zero benefit and thought it was actually just more wasteful and tedious than anything else. The day they automatically charged me for a renewal. I emailed them for a cancellation and a refund. I’ve had multiple apps refund with that quick of a turnaround. This app did not. After reading a few reviews, it seems they do not do refunds whatsoever. It seems more like they’re just hoping to scam people into renewing rather than focusing on producing an effective product. I would definitely not recommend this app.

Ripoff!!

If I could give this app zero stars I would. I have never written a review for an app before but this app is so outrageously bad. It’s a very basic ‘journaling’ app not designed to help over thinkers. Too messy and unorganized. Top it off its impossible to cancel. No one replies to your email and keeps your credit card on file and will charge you with out authorization and there is no where in the app to take your credit card info off. This is an absolute SCAM! it should be banned from apple products!

Useless

This is just a diary that’s it. Then I find they’ve taken £24 out of my account when this is meant to have been cancelled & wont refund. Absolute rip off merchants. Avoid at all costs. Absolutely no pros whatsoever

Not helpful and charged for auto renewal

I downloaded this app for help with my mental health but ended up feeling taken advantage of instead. I paid for a week of this app thinking that I could try it out and decide if I wanted to subscribe for a longer period of time. I was not given notice that it would auto renew after the week was up. Despite the fact that I canceled my subscription at the end of the week, support staff refused to refund for the auto renewal. I used the app for one day and ended up paying over $50.

Poor customer service

Tried this on a 6 month subscription - this never showed in my Apple apps as a renewing subscription (I monitor these regularly) and I received no reminders or notifications that I would be charged again. I did not find the app helpful and have not used it past the first week I had it. It automatically renewed without my consent and I immediately requested a refund. I was told this was not possible. Very disappointed and do not recommend.
