Avoid at all costs

I would give minus starts if I could.

This company is a disgrace avoid at all costs it’s a scam!!! They take your money without you even subscribing. Plus it costs just to download the app. They don’t refund you nor do they care. And to top it off, I wasn’t about to use the app!!

I’ve reported them to my bank.

Poor and charged for something I’ve not even used

I downloaded this to help me with some mental obstacles I’ve been having and to give it a go.
I have been charged £25, for absolutely nothing and been refused a refund. Even though I’ve deleted the app and not used it!!

To take advantage of people with mental health issues and profit from them is not on at all!!!
Whilst I understand you may want to help, it’s clearly a vested financial interest rather than helping to rectify a genuine mistake on my part.

No clear way to cancel subscription

Having an app as bad as this to take advantage of anxiety is morally repugnant. I have not had a reply to my email. I want to cancel my subscription - but there is no clear way to do that. It’s one of the worst apps I’ve seen. Please cancel my subscription and return the monthly bill you've taken Asap.

Tricky billing policy and weak customer service

I signed up for a month to try Mindway out and it’s not that cheap. I used Mindway for a few weeks but realized it didn’t meet my needs. I had *thought* I canceled. As it turns out, Mindway has more than one way that a user needs to cancel their subscription, which depends on how you originally signed up. I wasn’t aware of this and they would not refund my $66 because “digital products are not refundable unless app failure”

UPDATE: I did all of that prior to your response and you still denied my refund.

SCAM SCAM SCAM DO NOT PURCHASE!!!!!

This is a complete and total scam. I purchased a weeks subscription to try it out. The app is useless. There is no personal plan like it sells it to you. After a week they charged me 5 times my original subscription fee when it was never approved.

There is no way to unsubscribe other than writing to them and giving 48 hours notice. They are preying on people with mental health issues and are ripping them off. Its a disgrace and I don’t know how they’re app is not taken down.

Takes Money

Offers a $10 trial but takes ongoing $47 payments without an option of deactivating unless finally getting a response via email. Will
Not refund amounts taken in the mean time.

BIGGEST SCAM EVER

they will deduct money from your account for no reason ,, pls be watchful guys it is a bigg bigggg scam !!!

they took away 40 dollors from my account today

Not great

It wasn’t what I needed & they make it VERY difficult to cancel. I search all through my iPhone settings, App Store, and the app itself. I couldn’t figure it out so I just closed it and forgot about it. Then today $31 was charged to my card and it reminded me that I needed to figure it out. I searched and searched everywhere. Finally after googling it, I found out you have to email them just to cancel the subscription. Not worth the headache….
