Olight is awesome
This app is great! It’s nice you can buy like the website and operate some of the lights off of the app. The design of the app is great and easy to operate!

This app has never worked properly and the response from the developer is ALWAYS “looks like you’re using an old version, update please” and then you update and it’s either not better or it’s worse.
Almost literally everything is showing as out of stock (I counted 7 items TOTAL that were in stock… yes, only 7 different products are available to purchase according to this app)
That doesn’t even factor in the fact that controlling your devices with this app is an absolute nightmare. You have to navigate passed sales pages (which don’t have any items in stock) and log-in screens just to get to the device controls only to find that the Bluetooth devices just straight up don’t work. You have to unpair and re-pair every single time you want to use the app.

Useless App
The app is extremely buggy. When I signed up to register my Sphere it said I qualified for a free gift. Would not let me add the free gift to the cart. Then when I tried to manually add it, the promo expired. The app is full of adds. Cannot control the light.

I’m surprised there isn’t more reviews for this app. I’ve gotten so man freebies and big discounts. Specifically the build your own bundle sales. The app is actually seamless and easy to navigate.

Sphere functionality poor
Like others have said, having to go through the sales portion of the app just to get to the sphere control portion is a pain. But the controlling of the spheres in the app is useless right now. App always says devise is offline. And I have tried all of the normal ways of trying to resolve connectivity issues.

Terrible app. More like a big confusing overwhelming sales page.
Never works. And constantly says I have no devices. I’ve had to add them 4 different times. Maybe spend the time to get the app stable instead of making it an overwhelming sales page that is a big jumbled mess of advertising.
Horrible company to deal with
Don’t fall for the lure they use to draw people to their website. They intentionally understock every sale item just to get you on their mailing list in hopes of eventually getting the light you want then spam you to your breaking point. The chat representatives are useless. They respond with auto generated approved bogus responses and in general ignore all your concerns. They sell collectible lights not edc or general purpose lights. The amount of recalls and injuries caused by their lights is disturbing.
