Laggy app for Sphere
I first got an Olight product with the sphere as an ambient light. The hardware and capabilities are exactly what I want and do that well. However using the app is horrific due to the lag.

I found an app to be great. Not just for buying things, but for managing the new products as well. The best part about this app is the live 24 seven customer service chat. They are second to none and very accommodating. Thank you!

Terrible Interface for Sphere Light
I don’t even know how to explain how to make this any better. I would say refer to the Govee app on how to control a LED light. There is literally like four options of colors, you can’t save any of them as presets, you can’t program presets into the light itself when trying to change colors with the light button. Please please please update this. I have heard of so many complaints about this very thing all over social media.

Little bit clunky
The app is okay, little clunky to add a group, go to the device. It’s not under groups weirdly. I wish the spheres would be more in sync as well. Work in progress I suppose.
Feature Suggestion
I would like for the olight sphere to change color based on notifications received. I managed to program my own workaround but would be better if the app itself can do it natively.
Garbage
App doesn’t sync to my original Olight account despite using same email. I paired x3 Orb lights all worked then all x3 disappeared from the app needing to start over. The lights continually go offline and I have to reset. Basically unreliable lights and an app that makes a bad experience even worse. One star is too high…

Can’t use on iPhone SE
The app assumes a screen size larger than 4.7” and it doesn’t scroll so the iPhone SE (2nd gen and 3rd gen) are unable to use the current version of the app.

I havent really had a problem with the app until now
I’ve never really had a problem with the app except for when I would try to talk to CS it would erase everything I wrote and I’d have to start all over again after like 10 seconds of trying to type…and now they did an update and I can’t use the app at all! It keeps saying “Update” with a big box and like an airplane thing on it so I click the “Update” button and it brings me here where it says “open” and I keep getting the same thing with the “Update” box and I don’t understand why?! It’s been like 2-3 days now that this has happened multiple times and I can’t get on the app at all! So I have to go through the website and get on Olight! Can someone please tell me what’s going on here?! Expecially with OFan Day tomorrow and all the stuff thats going on?! I don’t get it I really don’t! I’ve been a loyal customer of Olight for YEARS! please can someone help me figure this out?!?! Thank you sooo much!! OLIGHT IS THE BEST EVER!!!! I love Olight!!!! And their CS’s!!
