I was just scrolling through another one of your apps and found this one so I decided to give it a shot. All of the recipes looks delicious but the only problem was when I said I wanted a vegetarian diet it still showed meat. It's not a big deal I just wish it didn't do that but I understand that it's hard to edit it correctly. Still the best though!Show lessIt’s a great game but…

It says it all for a seven day free trial, but it did charge me right away. The app is no good. I don’t like it at all and I would not have paid for this. I canceled my subscription right away and still got charged. Scammers in my eyes! I am upset about the charge when it said you can try it out for 7 days free!Show lessIalmk

This app does NOT WORK! I tried to get a refund after 2 days and no response from Eato and Apple refused. The photo feature DOES NOT WORK! When it did finally capture a picture it said zero calories so all the nutritional info was WRONG! 😑 I am out a lot of money and they are not standing behind their product! What a con! Waste of money. No such thing as a 7 day free trial. During that period all it does is prompts you to buy the subscription. AI calories tracker never actually works. ‘Please retake ‘ the photos keeps popping up. On the rare occasion it manages to capture a photo it’s completely wrong. For example it failed to recognize a lamb chop. Saw it as a steak and hence provided all the wrong results for it including 624cal !!!!
The manual entering or barcode scan FAILS miserably too !!!!
Just an awful APP we should be able to get our money back because it’s a misrepresentation, a lie to claim it does something when it clearly doesn’t.

I had a trial and they charged me, after I ended the subscription. IF I end the trial why would you charge me ?! You charge on the month DUE , not a week after the trail ends I ENDED THE SUBSCRIPTION BEFORE THE TRIAL ENDED BECAUSE THIS APP GIVE YOU INACCURATE CALORIC DEFICIT..SantiagoDav

I literally spent like 15 minutes answering a bunch of (grammatically awful) questions, which included how much time i have available to make every meal. I say less than 15, and then I’m given only recipe ideas that take over half an hour to make. During the week I don’t have that time!! I am a working woman!!!! Is it possible to be healthy without breaking my wallet to buy the ingredients for the fancy ingredients, and while not spending much time to make food?? Bc if I meal prep for the week with THESE recipes, imma be in the kitchen ALL DAYShow lessWtaf eato

I would like to cancel my subscription, but there is no indication on who I contact. This simply is more of a calorie counter, and when I have tried to take pictures of Recipes, it always tells me that it cannot compute the calories.
I’m sure it would work as a calorie counter if you would input all of the information required.
