Doesn’t Work!
App doesn’t accept my login. I attempted to reset my password even though I know it’s correct. The forgot password” doesn’t work. Tech support left me hold forever. Useless.

It doesn’t work! Nothing but errors, can’t log in. I can log in online with no issues.
Awful app
Not user friendly…actually a challenge. And can’t retrieve my mobile I.D. Card.
Does not work!
I had no issues with the old app. Now the new app I can’t even login. It tells me there’s an issue, but there is no issue. My password is correct and I’ve even reset it. Very annoying.

No way to get a response from anyone for help. Need a card if this tech isn’t working. Terrible “upgrade”!

Incorrect and outdated information
I’ve had an IATA card with my new host agency for 8 years and somehow this app figured out a way to pull incorrect information onto my current card from a prior host and combine it with correct information. 🤦🏻♀️ I cannot fix it and there’s no way to get in touch with them. The other app worked so much better.

Paid for my digital card that I can’t access
The old app worked. This one just gives an error. I’ve submitted a support request there’s no response. If you renew your iata card get the digital+physical option because this digital option doesn’t work.

Been trying to log in for weeks and I constantly get an error message saying there’s an issue with my card. There’s nothing wrong with my card. This app doesn’t work!

No surprise the worst tech in the industry. It’san embarrassment.
