Terrible user experience
This app offers no benefit. Accessing it took an incredibly long time because logging in with credentials always resulted in an error message without any instructions on how to resolve it. Once I finally gained access, I found that most offer links were broken or require another sign in to other portals. The only useful feature is the ability to view your IATA card, and that’s all.
