A Must Have App!

If you are someone who Has begun their transition or well into it or even if you haven’t started yet but want to know more this app is your one stop shop. Not only can it remind you to take your medication’s, It also provides you with information and resources to empower yourself.

The developers are passionate about this app and you can see it when you’re using the app. I’m excited to see what they have for us in the future. this app in it’s current state is very useful and a great base to potentially be a vital app for transitioning.

Hey Asriel, thanks for reaching out and I'm truly sorry to hear our app has been giving you problems! These issues are extremely frustrating.. We dealt with these types of things often while we were building the app and I'm sorry to hear you encountered issues we thought to be fixed for the iPhone! The main problem right now is that the app was not finished for iPad and should not have been available to download on the iPad mini. My first question to help troubleshoot this issue is - was the app first bought on an ios phone and then later downloaded on an iPad? If it wasn't please let me know cause that's a massive issue and we will make sure you get a full refund! The second question is if it was bought on the iPhone is it working on your phone at all? I also sent you an email to troubleshoot things faster as when we respond to these reviews they take longer than a day to post. Thanks for bringing these issues to our attention. We appreciate you! :) - Abe from the Hormone Helper Team

Revolutionary for Trans/Enby Folk

This app isn’t what I thought it was. I thought I was going to buy an app that just helps me remember to take my hormones, but it does more. There are videos with an actual TRANS PERSON explaining HRT. I can even use the doctor communication tool to easily send messages and not sit there for hours thinking of how to word something. Overall, I could see regular people downloading this and using it to help them learn about trans/ nonbinary people and the HRT that they go through. 10/10, recommend this app to everyone.

app doesn’t work

I’m not really happy with this app, especially considering the upfront cost. I am using an iPad mini 5 and the app is struggling. UI: Most of the buttons have no feedback or just don’t work, logging medications is not even that helpful as it sorts my medications in random order and sometimes from middle out order. Video and Articles: I can only speak about the articles as non of the videos have sound or subtitles. The articles are underwhelming. They feel AI generated. Med tracking: you can set up reminders to take your meds but tapping the reminder doesn’t log the meds, so you still have to manually go in an enter your meds. Support: I’ve tried contacting support but the interface for submitting a bug report or help also doesn’t work, it just sits there, no feedback or anything. Overall: this is a 1 out of 5 but I give it 2 for the fact that it’s the only app of it kind, but I shouldn’t be asking myself what my money paid for that a free app couldn’t already offer but yeesh there got to be a lot of improvement, I get more help from the basic Apple Reminders app…

This means so much

As someone who has gone through HRT for 7+ yrs, I have never seen tools available for people that are also going through this process. I’ve used the app and found that the reminders make taking my medication on time so easy! Need to give your doctor a more accurate description of your symptoms after taking a new medication? Simple, done. Thank you Hormone Helper team for making my journey easy and organized!!!

Finally an App made for me!

I’m so excited I’ve literally never come across an app like this before I’ve only just downloaded it a few hours ago but I’m so glad there is finally something like this available for our community! The informational videos are great and I love that I have a medication reminder every day for when I wake up!
