Bait and switch with gasoline discounts
I receive Mapco emails and phone texts offering 5 cents to 10 cents off per gallon on my next purchase. Two issues- the first is if I don’t buy the gasoline that day or very early the next day the additional discount does not appear at the pumps. The second issue is if I am offered a 5 cent discount per gallon or 10 cents per gallon at the pumps I am offered 3 cents or 5 cents as a Mapco customer. I am offered discounts on candy bars, microwave breakfast biscuits, slurped, and coffee inside the store. Those overpriced items are not what I buy locally or when traveling. Sometimes the pumps will not honor the discount offered at the pump for non-ethanol gasoline. What gives.

I love being able to pay at the pump without needing to get my card out! Touchless experience is so important and MAPCO does it right!
App odd errors
I had no problems using this app to Mobile pay for gas 2 weeks ago. Today I stopped at a MAPCO to pay for gas and get a velocity device_id blocked error, asking me to add payment. I already had a saved payment method??? I then uninstall app and re-install on my phone, now I am getting this velocity device_id blocked error when trying to login. Please fix!

Not letting me log in
For some reason it’s not letting me log in. Yesterday I wasn’t able to log in at all so I changed my password, and it still wouldn’t let me log in. The next day (today) I tried logging in again, and it will log me in for a second, then the app will freeze and go to my homepage, and when I went back into the app I was signed out. I’ve tried to do this multiple times to make sure it wasn’t just my phone glitching, but it’s definitely the app.

Can’t unlock rewards anymore
Would give 5 stars if I could figure out how to unlock rewards. Used to be able to. Over 2,000 points and can’t even unlock 400 points for a fountain drink. I can’t be this stupid.
Have tried uninstalling/reinstalling.

App Does not let you get rewards
I called the helpline and they said they were open until 6 PM. It is now 4:25 PM so no help was given this is the second time I’ve called very disappointed!
App does not let you pay at pump
I have tried using this app to pay at the pump twice now. It simply does not work. I have Apple Pay set up and after I confirm it says pump is occupied and then it cancels the transaction. If they get it fixed I will try it again but right now it’s a waste of my phones space.
Edit: I downloaded the app again and did what the developer said to do once arriving at the pump. I tried using Apple Pay but it got declined immediately. It just doesn’t work with Apple Pay for me. If they get it fixed I will gladly try again because I love Apple Pay.

Can’t redeem rewards
I can see my points and what is in the catalog, but once I select a reward it doesn’t let me scroll to actually redeem the reward. Cashiers have suggested to just do it online but it would be nice if the app worked... it’s a convenience thing. Please help!

I love the app!! Easy to navigate, quick pay from the phone! I always leave my rewards card in the car but this app takes care of that! The app keeps track of my receipts! Thank you, MAPCO!!
