  • Good but frustrating

    I mostly like the app. However it seems to decide I have a network error and am not connected to the internet every few days. Not related to actual network access. Have to switch phone off and reset each time. Annoying. Thankfully hasn’t happened when authorising online expenditure. But only a matter of time.

  • Works one day not the next!

    Temperamental app, works one time & not the other time, it reminds me of an abacus & a calculator, this being the abacus, I think cavemen were more up to date, basically a poor app!

  • Would give 0 stars if I could!

    The app never works. Each time you try to log on you’re met with multiple error messages. It takes several attempts at entering your passcode to actually gain access to your accounts. Embarrassing for a private bank!

  • Better Than Ever

    Improved over the years, having been somewhat outdated, but now does everything you’d expect of an online banking app!
  • So many bugs

    Technical error, no network access, unknown errors galore. Works about 1 out of every 10-15 logins. Pls fix
  • So many improvements!

    Very happy with the latest improvements, so much has changed in only the past 6 months. If you’re yet to use it - or if you did a year or so ago but decided it’s not for you - it’s time to rethink.
  • Clunky

    This app is so far behind other banks. It’s really awkward, not helpful or intuitive at all. It’s as if they don’t care about their customers experience.
  • Absolute failure

    Can’t login. Spent 20 minutes on the phone with HB support and still can’t get the app to work. Truly awful app
  • Excellent

    Highly functional - does everything I need. Other banking apps may have a couple more bells and whistles, but this one is stable, reliable, and clear. And it does not try to sell me other banking services. AA
  • Such a basic app

    So primitive compared to normal banking apps - can’t see old transactions or do anything in the app really. Not sure how often it updates numbers in the app (might be a day late)
