Keeps crashing
I’m trapped inside a pick-one hell. It keeps crashing every time I try to pick one but I can’t get out of it. I deleted the app and redownloaded and it is still the same. Please help. It looks like I will never be able to play the game again!singdude

Boy, amazing games and a lot I know from land based casinos. I never thought I would ever see that!!! 24 years online for me in casinos. I have learned a lot of things, played many different softwares. Do not get this app
I deposited money into the app & now I’m not able to play at all! I’ve wrote them multiple times & finally got an automated message. As soon as I got that message I went on the site & tried to chat. They say they are offline, but they say that 24 hours out the day so all you can do is email & wait for a response. When you call they say they are not available because they are working remotely due to the pandemic. It’s May of 2023! If that was the case they should have agents available to chat & taking calls. I can’t take my money off because I have to at least play one game, which they won’t let me do so now it’s just stuck. I don’t want a check because that’s not how I sent my funds. All they need to do is fix the problem or make my money available so I can redeem on skrill. Not much service when you have a problem
I have been playing High 5 for quite a few years. When I went to play it this week my money and experience had reverted to nil funds and no experience. I got in touch with the service Dept and they gave me a page where I could change my password, but it didn’t work. So I got in touch again and nothing. I thought I was the only one who had trouble with downloading the new pragmatic play, reel kingdom or games powered by cloud cloud 5. I was told to delete high 5 and then reinstall it. That didn’t work. Told to update my iPad. It’s continuously updated. So how can I update something that’s already been updated. Told to remove background apps so that the game could download. Did that, still can’t get the newer games to open. When will you fix the bugs so that all your players can enjoy the games again?Show lessMark1931

To finance their 20X coin store promotion, High 5 Games and their partners NetEnt and Pragmatic Play have rejiggered every game to pay off a lot less often. Time was, you could spin 100 times with a 50,000 coin bet and at least break even or lose no more than a few hundred thousand. Those days are long gone. A losing streak now and then is the norm. A losing streak that lasts for week after week from one game to the next can only be the result of, shall we say, “creative” coding. Not enough value for paid for credits
After 10 years and thousands of dollars buying your credits i do not get enough play compared with other games. I have purchased credits from high 5 casino several times and when I play the games I don’t win it just takes my credits and and then your monkey appears BUY MORE ! I think as soon as you see a little money you go after that player in a MONEY GRAB very deceiving and discouraging…it’s sad that greed has to take over! I have deleted this game before for the same reason and also on the wheel you spin for daily credits myself as well as my friends have NEVER seen a win in the million space yet you have 2 but you have that fixed as well to usually hit on the 90 …..wondering why you aren’t at least fair in your greed?Show lessDonna M W

Notice how reviews are nearly always at least two years old . It’s ridiculous and apparently a total waste of time . I’ve left several across as many apps in last few weeks and NOT one of them is anywhere to be found .
This game is infested with issues that have made what used to be a decent game completely aggravating and definitely more difficult just to spin .
Conversion of credits into another system of credits and never ending losing has made this game just like most of the rest of them .
Nothing more than a rigged , criminal endeavor to steal from people just looking for a little harmless entertainment. Some eye candy . You will get NOTHING from this company as their sole purpose is to rip you off . In the unlikely event you actually have a winning spin , you will most likely not be credited with the win and reporting the problem requires so much time and effort you’d be better off waiting for an act of Congress . Redirects and interrogation about your identity to report a malfunction to support . This is because this company is nothing but a front for a criminal mindset that looks to dupe their players into buying credits and offering an experience of endless losses and condescension .
