Love Game but problems
I love Hi 5 but with the new games, there seems to be a big problem. Every time you try to open a new game, and you try to play, it immediately takes you back to the starting screen. The older games work, but not the new ones. This is very frustrating and makes you not want to bother playing. If someone can look into this, it would be appreciated.Show lesssimondelilah

Not getting better but getting worse!
The reasons for giving this low rating are the itty bitty amount of coins given every four hours, watching the advertisement movies that don’t give coins anymore and the amount of spins before any kind of win registers. How High 5 has plummeted in my humble opinion. Still can’t access the videos for more coins.😡

I have played this game since they were only on Facebook. They have gotten more stingy over the years. The free money you get only allows you two spins at minimum bet on a slot machine. They pump out games so fast and when I try to play them all I get is a black screen. Tried reaching out to customer service and they have no idea what they are doing and only advice they can give is to uninstall and reinstall the app. They don’t care, they just want your money. This game use to be fun you use to have 2xps a lot, 3xps and 5xps Now they taken it totally away along with ads you could play for extra coins now you don’t even get that. When they updated the game awhile back and started given more money at your collection

I was at a higher level than my husband but he collects more coins

Where do you go if you’re having trouble with your game sight. Can’t find support. My Betti the Yetti won’t load. I have opened all of the games, been playing for a very long time. I would appreciate an easy to access sight to be able to try to get help when a problem with a game comes up. I would like to know why all of a sudden that one game won’t load. Used to be great
over the years this app has always been on the decline. the gameplay is good but everything they add has made it worse. the popups the high minimum bets. one example is the leveling system. you start a new slot you are at level 1. you spin and get a hit and all the sudden you are level 10. i cant thing of any game or slot app that behaves like this. you want to work a little towards leveling us. makes no sense to me. i worked for years to build up a balance where i could play a little each day. then they changed the minimum bet amounts to where 30 bad spins would wipe out my total balance.Show lessMxyzptlk55

I am an emerald level, money spending, six - year customer. I have noticed in the last few months that I win 1% of my bet on average in 19 spins. The main icon in a game doesn’t even pay back my bet. Let’s not even talk about bonuses.
All the lights came on around Christmas when I watched the video message from the “boss”. ( some poorly dressed slob with a British accent) The message I got loud and clear was that my measly $100 a month didn’t matter. The focus was on the trillion coin folks that spent gobs of money.
