Good apps Bad service
I’ve been using XL as my main cellular number for longtime and agree if XL deliver very good service in the past, but that’s not happening this time. Few customer service who handled my complaint recently did not help at all. Zero star actually for him/her.Ragiles

Udah 5 kali update-an, tapi tetep aja gw kaga bisa login njiiir. Selalu error code: 4019.

Can't Buy a Package
The app won't let you buy or view packages. XL literally cannot make a sale and they don't even know it. Has anyone in your company htrued to use the app prior to release?!jo.rt
