Easing into getting better!
This app will train your push up skills one day at a time. If you can’t complete a workout, you can repeat it as much as you want until you get it and then go on to the next one. I’m a martial arts competitor and athlete myself, so I like challenges. I do the sessions with regular push ups and then I try to notch it up a bit by starting workouts from the beginning with harder pushups (like diamond pushups, one arm push ups, Superman push ups, etc.), while simultaneously keeping up the regular push ups. I stretch in between as calisthenics are a great warm up at the same time. You can use it however you like it. That’s the nice thing about it. I have the couch to 5K app also. So first I run, them stretching and different muscle workouts.

Working out for the first time
This was good for my first time in my life I’m working out and by starting slow I got the confidence to continue.

The app is not bad. It starts to progress or increase difficulty as you keep doing the push ups so you gotta do it daily or else you won’t progress. Very good app overall, helps you divide your sets.

Love the intervals! I do C25K and this and the sit-up and squat apps at the same time!! Hard but worth it when you see and feel the results of persevering!

I just finished week 3 day 1: 45 push-ups. I'm 41 year old female doing male style push-ups. My arms hurt, can't believe I can hold my phone to type this review:). Loving the app. I'm not a fitness freak, I do run/walk and eat healthy. Really want my arms looking better so when I wave or shake hands my arms don't flap in the wind! I do this 3 times per week. Enjoying the challenge. Sometimes my 9 yr old daughter joins me too. Family fun!
