ive kept this app in my widgets for about 2 months now hoping it would give me some wisdom or inspiration. the quotes they’ve chosen are so cheesy and terrible! seems like they could all have easily been chosen by some cis straight white tech dude who trades cryptocurrency and thinks joe rogan is a wise prophet. quote some gay disabled black women and ill redownload but this is not the spark i was hoping for.Show less573829192747

now i don’t write reviews unless an app is REALLY GOOD, or REALLY bad. and i assure you, this is one of the good ones. better than good, actually. this is one of the BEST apps i’ve ever used. i’m a writer, and i was lacking motivation, so i downloaded this and was immediately (pleasantly) surprised. this was a game changer. there are all sorts of prompts (some of which you do have to purchase) that are really awesome for writing exercises. i only downloaded this tonight, and i’ve probably written down 5 poems in the past hour. it’s incredible for writer’s block. all of the prompts are very unique, and i haven’t seen any of them repeated yet. i bought the v.i.p pack (because i was so obsessed lol) and i’m convinced it was the best $2.99 i’ve ever spent. :)

Amazing app!
This app is one of my greatest lifesavers. Being a young aspiring fanfic writer, I have to depend greatly on friends who have most likely never hear of the people I write about. Also, being a theater kid, I use music as a heavy inspiration for my stories. This app helps me set goals and keeps me on track with my stories. I would have no motivation without it. Writers’ block is normal, but annoying, and a free cure that works as well as this is a miracle! I do have one small suggestion that a lot of other people have, and that is having a way to unlock card packs, or maybe even an in-app currency to pay for them. Just something that doesn’t include real cash, please. Thank you so much!Show lessnickadoodol

Would be great to see the colorful card packs labeled. Also, there is an option to star a specific card but you cannot go to the location of all of your selected starred cards. Lastly, unfortunately you are not able to go backwards only forwards within a card pack and when you do go backwards you are kicked out of a card pack and have to start over just to find that card that had just the right words or phrase. We agree with you that there is lots of potential to develop the brainsparker app. When you star a specific card it becomes part of your "favorites pack" which you can select. UPDATE: We've just added the ability to swipe forwards AND backwards, and we've added the card pack name to the cards you pick so you can see where they come from.Prompts have never been so fun
I continue to be impressed by this app. The design is beautiful. The different categories of prompts is wide. The quality of the prompts is very appreciated by this writer. But I use it for more than writing as its uses seem limitless!AstroGirlBunny
