An Apple Pay, Card option should be added soon. I tend to call for a cab more than using the app because of the lack of payment options.waruiina

Can never book
They are never accepting bookings on the app. It would be fine but I’m booking it in advance and it’s not a busy time rn so idk what’s going on but it needs sorting because I’ve never been able to book a taxi on this appElzybells
Prices are not corrects
Prices quoted are not the same as the prices charged. On Monday I got in a taxi with 4 other people and was quoted 6.90 on the app then got in the taxi to be told that it was 7 50 and had always beenbdaybish
Most useless app
App has not worked once since the whole software/interface changed. I’ve mentioned the app issues MANY times over the phone and still nothing done.

APP NOT FIT FOR PURPOSE
The developers of this App need standing up a wall and shooting. How long has it taken then to sort out the glitch with this version?
Yet still it needs reloading, regularly. Still, you get what you pay for. Tight fisted Mick, coining it in on renting out equipment. Drivers unaware of the second rate customer experience.

Crashes Constantly

Constantly crashing for weeks now with no fix. Was a good app before but they don’t seem to be fixing this issue which is really annoyingHannyfantastic

Edit: Now crashes any time I try to input a destination.
We've got a new UI but it actually doesn't work any better. Still can't get a fare estimate and can't book a cab for more than 4 people. Relatively useless.askmeques
Don't use this firm
A car may turn up with this app but the price quotes will mean nothing to the driver, and if you select a car for 5 or more that won't work. The staff are uneducated in customer relations and are just rude and obnoxious. I wouldn't touch this outfit.Chuffer_Wingtips
