Slt seat
At least two seats should be reserved for slt load because most of the Times it has happened that we already paid the booking amount and even extra payment for check-in and even afrt two times we don’t get the seats which is concerning and also most of the times we don’t receive our refund . The app is great and user friendly however at times Web Check in doesn’t work and error keeps on popping
Boarding pass
Since seat is not assigned when booking on SLT, boarding pass seems to be unavailable for downloading after the mandatory online check in. Sometimes CISF insists on boarding pass for entry into the airport. If this issue could be addressed it would be of great help.
