Can’t log in
Downloaded and redownloaded current app. Able to input email and password. But when promoted to send OTP (one time passcode) to phone number on file, I do not receive the code at all. Tried multiple times without success
Can’t sign up
App said one time OTP code sent to my cell. Never did come through. Tried several times sending and resubmitting account info. 😡

Convenience store convenience
Good deal to pass the long line. Nice rewards if you catch a good one, they rotate different ones, just hope you have enough points when you need it.
Thinking of deleting
Points accumulate with purchases, coupons for specials work but transaction history does not and points expire without notice (I had over 700 and was aiming to save for a larger reward only to do a transaction). Buttons don’t work and “expired tokens” with frequent crashes

I love how I can skip an early morning or lunch rush but I don’t like how convenient this is getting I’m enjoying it for now

I go to 7-Eleven at least 4-5 days a week so when the app came out I racked up thousands and thousands of points pretty quickly. 6 months ago we changed cell phone providers and got new numbers. Basically locked out forever, all my points gone because after logging in, they send a one time password to your cell phone ( which I no longer have). Either no one was trained regarding the app or they didn’t bother to pay attention maybe?Many employees have no idea how to redeem rewards. For about the first month after I got my new phone number I asked literally every employee in every store that I went to cashier’s manager’s assistant managers nobody has any answer for how I change my phone number so my points are gone. I still go to 7-Eleven but I just don’t care whatsoever about the app anymore. And don’t bother clicking on app support which is the other option to leaving a review. It’s not Support. It’s just information about 711 so that’s all.

Does not work online
I’m glad we have rewards, but it’s kinda useless if the app does not work. Every-time we try to redeem a reward the app crashes, and it does not count your item count based rewards (taquitos).

No OTP (one time password)
I tried to register for an account, but to my dismay i could not get a one time password sent to my number. Tried to create an account 4 separate times.
After update
Trash app after it wont let me sign in to my old account with my phone number but no email link to that number now I wont be able to sign back in !!
