Lemonade
Unfortunately, the past couple 7-Eleven stores have not had the Lemonade flavor slurpy.
Awesome
Thank you
Horrible experience with 7-11 and their app
The 7-Eleven I visited about 3 miles from my house ironically does not accept the 7-Eleven rewards app. This is contradictory to what the 7-Eleven rewards app states under this particular stores description. A different 7-Eleven near my house, that I visited four days ago decided to charge me twice for the same purchase. The clerk at this particular 7-Eleven acted as if I was wasting his time by making my purchase. Interestingly, the uniformed clerk was not actually ringing up peoples purchases. Instead, the clerk's developmentally disabled brother was ringing purchases. All I will say about that, is that his developmentally disabled brother did not even know how to use the cash register.
I won't be shopping at 7-Eleven going forward.

Not saving as much as I should be
New 7-11 in my area. Much closer than most stations and gas prices are competitive. With the app and the 7-11 Wallet even more so. First time, was able to use the 7-11 Wallet. Between using the app and app-wallet, was able to save $0.13/gal. Been back there three more times now, each time the app says the wallet is unavailable. I’ve even preloaded funds and still no-go. Have had to use ApplePay even though I’ve got almost $80 sitting in the 7-11 wallet. Don’t brag about it if you can’t use it. Fix it or get rid of the feature!

Frustrating to use and EXTREMELY SLOW
I’m going to start by saying for a multi billion dollar company this app is embarrassingly behind in tech.
1. The app is slow when you need it most (inside or near the stores) but then works great when you’re home. Not sure if this is because of the stores themselves have cellphone blockers or what but this is 100% a thing and I’m not just going crazy. Every time I’m in the store and need to use the app it takes FOREVER. I often have to walk outside far from the store to get service just to be able to use the app (I like to pay with the app because it is convenient, except they make it inconvenient by blocking service).
2. Then there’s the fuel tab within the app. Even though I have no intention of ever going to most of these gas stations they automatically show you the stats of the closest one to you And that would be just fine if they just had a manual option where you can pick and set the gas station of your choice.. you would think that right? Apparently this is too complicated for the devs at 711. I set the gas station of my choice only for the app to just set it right back to the closest one near me. Frustrating beyond words. I’m at the point I’m about to just delete this app out of frustration alone. It’s so sad cause this would be a great app if it just worked right and actually did what it was intended to.
3. 711 has a promotion of buy 6 coffees and get the 7th free. Every purchase of a cup of coffee is supposed to reflect in the app. Well I’m here to tell you that it does NOT do that. The indicator in the app is always behind to the point you have no idea how many coffees you have purchased and when the free one is due. Again, an embarrassment to the company. This is beginner level app development stuff.
Seriously though who did 711 hire to build this app? Why are they not holding them accountable ? I surely cannot be the only one noticing all these easily fixable problems.
