Bad service and customer service
Unfortunately very expensive and bad serviceApp won’t let me sign in
It says I’m already registered, doesn’t log me in even though I have wifi off, and won’t let me sign in or skip signing in. Extremely stressful and frustrating experience. Even back when it would let me sign in, it was nearly impossible to successfully pay my bill through the app which is super inconvenient.Show lessWorst internet company

If logout sometimes you simply can’t log back in & I test that over the last couple of years (so it’s not new thing after an update), when press continue nothing happened & when you press sign new number either error or nothing & skip is just a button sitting there as a decoration.Very bad app and misleading messages
Horrible app. Zain claims that the data plan is activated. However, they started deducting money from my credit per megabyte. Worst company ever ........as727!:$,!,&3
