Regardless of all the years this company has been stealing people’s money, it lately started making them sign contracts that they know nothing about. I was visiting Jordan for a month and I purchased a Mifi (Carriable Wifi). I went to an authorized seller and explained my situation and that I will only be in Jordan for a month, signed some papers, payed for my 1 month purchase, and got the Mifi. 2 months later, they informed me that I signed a year contract and that if I don’t make my monthly payments, they will file a lawsuit. The contract wasn’t available for revocation and cancellation would cost more than the amount of payments I would pay in 12 months.
I have heard the exact same story happen with a few people I know and that it’s the new way this company makes its money.
I highly don’t recommend this company due to their different strategies of scamming people. If you insist on using it, just be extra careful and read every single word on any paper you sign.Show less0999900001988

Why i should to do registration through the contract number. How i can find if i’m using this number since 15 yrs. simply make it by the number. And for the existing app registered users why they can’t access it. Also the option of disable the wifi and you’ll able to login ; i was using the app through non zain network previously and it was working while moe with update it’s only for zain operators.

Doesn’t work
When I try to login in , and reset my password , I verify the phone number. Then, they tell me to type the password and confirm it then is tells me it has been updated then invalid email and password,if I try to login again the password is incorrectRenadddddddaallsufiiii12888
Internet problems ! 👎🏻
The internet only works for the first couple of days from my monthly subscription, and when I buy extra internet same thing happens! This is fraud !! You’re stealing away our money, and i’m gonna make sure to spread this review on all social media platforms 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻lolitta18392
