This company has absolutely saved me from some awful times in my life and have always been there when I’ve needed them. I can’t thank this company or their drivers enough honestly. Thankyou.
Dont use for important trips
The app takes advance bookings but does not allocate a driver until very close to the departure time. We booked a taxi to the airport a week in advance but the driver was not allocated until less than 10mins before we were due to leave which meant they were 20mins late. We were still OK for our flight thanks to our v good driver but if I had booked for a ride to the station we would have missed our train.

App is not good at resetting
There app when you need to reset for lost password is the worse i have seen
The app is completely broken
Constantly says no cars available and to try pre-booking. Even trying to book a taxi for the day after gives the same message. It displays error 32 Always worked great but this last month it’s unusable.
Useless
This is a very poorly designed app. It’s difficult to navigate, unable to set ‘home’ location properly (the map pin throws up the wrong address) and there doesn’t seem to be an option to pre book a taxi for a specific time/date.
Has to phone anyway as car didn’t show
I pre booked a taxi to go to the train station using the app. It wasn’t even dispatched and there was no sign of the car at the time booked for. I had to call KingKabs and was informed that if I had cash the car would be quicker to arrive?? I have fab neighbours so I run around to them for a lift and cancelled the taxi! I’ll not use the app again!
