Really useful app
I used Whova for a conference I attended last week and found it very useful and easy to use. It enabled me to have the Agenda at my fingertips (which was needed as there were numerous talks and breakout sessions in different places). It included a map for me to find my way around the large conference centre.
I was able to connect with the other attendees and see who the speakers were at a glance. The photos posted by the conference community and the organizers were both fun and useful and updated by the app as they were posted.
Would highly recommend Whova to anybody organising or going to a conference.Show lessBroadlandsT

I consider myself to be one of Whova’s early clients both as an event attendee and event organiser. Whova is a great app, with new features being added on from time to time, part of which I did recommend to be added. However, it’s disappointing to note that the app pricing has and is still undergoing hyper pricing increments, so much that, as an event organiser, I have now decided that it’s time to look for new/ fresh event apps on the market, with competitive service and pricing. My pricing query on this issue was stealthily attributed to increased software development costs. I am aware that price increments are expected, but definitely not at this rate. Please take time to appreciate and recognise your clients who have supported you over the years, instead of turning around to exploit them.Show lessLeonila2
Very user friendly and great features
I don’t have social media and I was afraid that I wouldn’t be able to navigate the Whova app. Surprisingly, the app was very easy. I was able to engage both presenters and attendees. I received helpful notifications. I was able to digest information quickly. My favorite thing is that I am still using the app even after the conference ended. I met a new friend from the messaging feature and we were able to touch base outside of the app. I had a truly marvelous conference experience. Thanks!Show lessSig M.
My great experience with this app.
Are use the Whova app when I attended Equity Conference at the signature grand event. My experience using this app was very intriguing I got a chance to meet and see new people from all different perspectives. It allow me to document and see all the good festivities and be a part of it as if I was right there in everyone’s pictures. I give this application if I have a review. I have been recommending it to my superiors family members coworkers and others that I have encountered. The equity call conference was very enlightening on how thanks are in the school system. This year I attended my first Teacher Leader Summit and I had no help in knowing what to do because our school was state testing so it was difficult to go around asking, “did you attend before what do I do”.
Anyway, I downloaded the app and being able to see all that was going all in the app and the Louisiana Dept. of Ed posting information constantly kept me in the loop and I was able to figure out how exciting and packed full of learning this summit was going to be.

Great app
This app kept me up to date with all the sessions at my conference. I could bookmark sessions I planned to attend & the app offered optional reminders for those upcoming sessions. Each session had a page explaining the who/what/where/why of event & included a bio of the presenter. Whova also provided a platform for attendees to reach out to presenters & fellow attendees to connect, share ideas, ask questions, or just plan for group meet ups. One of the most helpful features was the video page where recorded session videos allowed those of us who missed a session to watch it after the fact. The event details were best. Knowing the agenda and ready access to timing and location at hand. The people profiles were great for our event bringing people who haven’t met before together. Photos brilliant. I didn’t need laptop or printed material so having most stuff on the app was great.Bradpo01
