Just email , number and location , book and they’ll just show up , autopay with Apple Pay and get out at the destination at a fixed rate
Destinations
This would be 5 stars but some locations cannot be found when choosing your destination. For example, Eastbourne train station. I often cannot find it on the list of destinations, therefore have to select somewhere similar or close by (e.g. Ninkaci)
Issues with apple pay on new update
I have always liked and used the 720 app however, since the update i find it hard to put my current location and i cannot use apple pay as it doesn’t work sadly.
Fix the app
I like the taxis normally use them when I don’t want to drive but you built an app to make it easier yet Apple Pay doesn’t work half the time the location pings around the map and tells me my drivers going different directions when he’s not and then you bring out another update that makes the app 10x worse and slower it’s just useless either revert to the old app or don’t make one if it’s not going to be useful

app was very easy to navigate and use before, now after the new update it's so much more complicated and harder. please revert it back
App decides where I live ! It’s wrong !!
I have upgraded the app as prompted and now find it sets my pick up address for me presumably using location settings. It’s wrong and when I try to change it, it simply reverts back. It’s a bit pants really.
Captcha broken
Impossible to register. Captcha always ends with “Sorry! There’s been an error”. Flipping useless. I’ll walk.

I recently booked an eight-seater taxi from 720, and the service was excellent. The vehicle was spacious, clean, and comfortable, perfect for our group. The driver was punctual, polite, and professional, making the journey smooth and stress-free. Highly recommend their service!
quicker than uber
this really helped when i was in a time crunch to get to the train and uber had no drivers and it was a whole lot cheaper, i don’t know why i hadn’t used this sooner! :)

Hate this app with every fibre of my being. Hate it. So useless. Tries countless times to add a payment card and it jist goes round and round and round and round in corcles saying wont be long tone, happening soon. Waited ten flaming minutes and gave up AGAIN. Why is life so hard. Also when toi ring up it keep trying to send a taxi to tour home address when i am not there and it take ages for auto taxi system to give up and put you though to a person. stressful and frustrating.
And i never get a reply to these reviews so it mist be true and they don’t care. Also i don’t understand how tips work. Ate they included or are we expected to pay cash in the taxi.Nothing is explained.

Normally a good app to use but since last update a week ago has not worked. Gets stuck on loading page.

Sometimes the app isn’t very responsive, for example I tried adding a stop to my journey but when I press the tick button it did nothing. Also need to add a ‘no talking’ option

used to be good but now good luck waiting for your taxi for well over an hour. even pre booking doesn’t work on the app it just pulls the closest driver when your set time has hit which means someone who calls after you’ve already pre booked hours before will get a taxi before you
