  • Absolutely terrible

    How any town could pick this service is beyond me. The app is absolute trash, requires you to make an account and add a credit card and even then it doesn’t work properly. But it doesn’t matter because you either need to have a pocket full of change or use this app. Parking apps need to let you get in, add a car, and pay with Apple Pay. This app failed at this.

    Hi there, In many of our locations, we do offer alternatives to the app itself such as our QR codes or Tap to pay signs that operate using Apple/Google pay or allow you to pay with credit card directly.   • Minimum Funds Required in Wallet is Theft

    Leave it to Clackamas County to use this garbage app for their parking fees. There is absolutely no reason that I should have to add $10 to my “wallet” instead of just paying as I go. Portland uses Parking Kitty, which is FAR superior to this money-grab and lets you pay for only the amount of time that you’re parked. So I had to blow $10 today to park for an hour. I love being a taxpayer in this county, it’s great!

  • My city isn’t listed.

    Oregon, Virginia and Wisconsin were the only three options when prompted to select state. No New York City? Who needs help parking more than NYC? Doesn’t work!

  • $10 minimum charge on 1$ parking. Scam

    This app is a scam. 1$ parking for 2 hours and there's a $10 minimum charge.

    Won't let me delete info I had in the app and won't let me delete my profile when I click said button. Whoever in the city decided to use this app for public parking must be getting a cut.

  • A scam, pure and simple

    There is no good reason at all to require a “wallet” where money is added in $10 increments. This is nothing more than a money grab. The app developers must be paying off some government officials, else there is no good reason why this app should be used by the municipalities that have adopted it.
  • Requires monthly fee or $10 minimum

    This is crazy for someone driving through to park once. Also takes like 15 minutes to enter all the requested information instead of just letting you pay.

  • Bad on all fronts

    First, it’s annoying enough that you have to sign up with an email in addition to your mobile number, when the latter should be enough. Second, the app requires you to enter your CC by hand — no scanning or auto filling is allowed. Third, requiring preloading funds instead of charging per session is even more awful. But charging a “membership fee” on top of all that? Sorry, I’m taking my 30 minutes free parking and feeding the meter instead.
