Shame on all parties
I don’t know how Charlottetown PEI chose this app for their parking meters because it is the least user friendly, most blatantly money-grubbing app I’ve ever seen outside perhaps dating apps.
As a visitor, I had to pay $10 minimum to park, plus a $2 membership fee billed annually, and had to know EVERYTHING about my RENTAL car including the year it was manufactured. It took 15 minutes to work through the sign up process and then afterwards I am left feeling angry. Some vacation experience there, PEI. I’d think your local tourism reliant economies would demand more of you.
And to the developers of this app, seriously? You guys are the textbook example of bad ux and bad app design. I could write 30 pages on your mistakes.Show lessRyantheRed

At least 2$ worth of hidden fees, and does NOT allow you to extend your parking session remotely. You’re better off paying with coins.Amy672
A very expensive waste of time
Spent 20 minutes downloading and entering information only to find out I would be paying $2.00/mo or $20/yr for the privilege of using this app. Perhaps if you live in a city where this app is used, you may find it convenient to have it, but it’s a bad deal unless you are using it several times a week.Show lessdarusilver

As others have said, your are REQUIRED to pay $2 a month ($24/yr) as a “membership” fee and this is BEFORE you can even add a MINIMUM of $10 to their “wallet”. So paying $2 for 2 hours of parking will require you to add 10 bucks to the app and then pay $2 per month there after. Basically you pay $10 for 2 hours of parking (5x what it the actual price). This app is garbage. Do yourself a favor and skip the hassle and this app.Show lesskuncca
Forced to load funds to a wallet
No thank you. I’m visiting Peterborough for an afternoon. Its crazy to ask me to load funds to a wallet in order to pay for parking. I will never be able to utilize the funds (min $10) as there is a two-hour parking limit and parking is $1/hr. Shame on your app for not allowing Apple Pay for an exact amount.Show lessBeerhunter291
I got a ticket!
The app is very unclear for new users. Due to its vague process with little instructions, I ended up getting a ticket. I had to search around to finally understand how to add time to my parking meter but only realized it needed to be done after getting the ticket. Ripoff
What an unbelievable ripoff. We are visiting Nova Scotia for a few days. To pay for parking, you need to pay a “membership” fee and then you can only buy a minimum of $10 for parking. That is a joke. I’d rather pay to park in a garage. No other parking app required so many silly nickel and dime fees to buy $1.50 worth of parking. No thanks.Show lessflllpppejddd
Terrible
Wasted a half hour trying to get it to work, finally get it going and then it wants to charge me $2 to pay for the privilege of paying to park. Ridiculous. Delete!com_mander
