Codes for clients to work many still can’t use app too book lots of feedback from loyal clients who don’t receive them and still don’t.
Few glitches so we still add up each day and barber the old way as not always accurate especially if they pre pay .
4 stars - near perfect app
The only feature it lacks is being able to set different prices of the SAME service for different staff members.

What company do you know who offers customer service that is worse than them?
Booksy out sources your clients to other shops when you’re not in the area and refers them to other barbers. There is no loyalty to the barbers only to generate more revenue on their platform. They fail to secure actual bank cards and allow people to set up with cash cards with no money on their account. You consistently get burned on cancellation fees you get forced to do no-show protection, and then your no-show protection money cannot be collected because they refuse to release your funds. so unprofessional on many levels if it wasn’t for my 165 5 star reviews, I would’ve left over a year ago. The only thing they have going for their interface everything else is absolute garbage.

1 week after using
There are a few lil issues I have had which are that I’ve had it keeps on logging me out and I’ve found that to be quite annoying, there is no way of charging the customer card when the service is finished, there is also no where that shows if a payment has been taken when ‘no shows’ occur.
On a lighter note, it’s easy to use and that is important for me and my clients.
Stay away holistic businesses
Last week I received an email telling me this was happening out if their control and then 3 hours later the payment system stopped.
After trying to gain clarification on this matter as being with Booksy for just over 3 years I have just been receiving cloak and dagger answers, I am still being told that even though I have no payment protection whatsoever I will still be charged £40 per month
The only thing I was told over the phone is that ADYEN who are the provider for this facility do not deal with holistic businesses.
Love it !
Ps they are also really supportive on social media which as a small biz is really appreciated :)

We want to avoid unverified appointments for your Business therefore, clients must create an account on Booksy before they can reserve a service.
