1 week after using
There are a few lil issues I have had which are that I’ve had it keeps on logging me out and I’ve found that to be quite annoying, there is no way of charging the customer card when the service is finished, there is also no where that shows if a payment has been taken when ‘no shows’ occur.
On a lighter note, it’s easy to use and that is important for me and my clients.
Stay away holistic businesses
Last week I received an email telling me this was happening out if their control and then 3 hours later the payment system stopped.
After trying to gain clarification on this matter as being with Booksy for just over 3 years I have just been receiving cloak and dagger answers, I am still being told that even though I have no payment protection whatsoever I will still be charged £40 per month
The only thing I was told over the phone is that ADYEN who are the provider for this facility do not deal with holistic businesses.
Love it !
Ps they are also really supportive on social media which as a small biz is really appreciated :)

We want to avoid unverified appointments for your Business therefore, clients must create an account on Booksy before they can reserve a service. No pre Payment Canada
My Staff members weekly pay cannot be automatically generated.
(service commission)+(product commission)+(tip)= (weekly pay)
Generating staffs weekly/bi weekly/ monthly pay should be a basic feature. It’s very annoying that I am using a CRM that can’t add this very simple logical query. Although they do provide all the numbers required to calculate my staffs pay, as my business has grown it has taken more time out of my week + added room for error.
I dream of the pay day where I can easily see my staff members name with what I need to pay them as opposed to spending 30mins of my time a weekly to do the calculations.
Time is money and this should be their top priority. Very hard to scale a business worrying about things booksy could simply fix.
