Terrible

Just the worst. I signed up for Genbook and got sold to booksy and have hated it since day 1.

Reliable

Been using Booksy for over 5 years and has never let me down ! Support is always very fast and always improving.

Card payments

Told me they take in app purchases then I pay for the app then tell me I don’t in my region what a joke I stopped using square for this app and delete my square account and now I regret it .don’t use this app stick to square.

Hard to use

People are complaining because it’s hard now to book thro Google , thru Google some people don’t like to great account , just quick book . Now, everybody have to great a Booksy account in order to book for service. Try to talk to support customer . Can’t help it .

Creating an account is a quick process and it allows your clients to manage their appointments, make payments, and leave reviews for your Business - all in one place. Not liking the app so far

I used StyleSeat for 8 years, just switched over to Booksy, and so far it’s a freaking nightmare! First, the profile link Booksy provides to the professionals does NOT send clients to their profile. Instead, it sends them to their app & forces people to download it before they can do anything. Not everyone uses app! There are some people who still prefer web browsers and the link that’s provided as a “ PROFILE LINK” should do just that….direct people to our profile. Second, when trying to checkout a client via the app, the stylist have to hit the checkout button on their end THEN WAIT for the customer to approve it on their device which slows down the process. I mean what happened to allowing customers to simply sign their signature for approval on the stylist’s device. Third, the app does NOT make it easy to adjust appointments. If you’re a stylist or a service provider of any sort, then you know people request adjustments to their appointments more often than not. Now, I’m currently having an issue with receiving my money. The app is supposed to detail all of your transactions and your payouts (what’s actually being deposited into your account). It does NOT and the amounts that are being deposited into my bank account is NOT in alignment to what should be! I’m not pleased at all and I’ll definitely start searching again for a new booking platform.

Nothing better!

Customers love it! One small qualm is that the schedule doesn’t always follow my hours of availability.

Lots of flaws

Whilst I love that this app has made running my business a LOT easier - there are so many flaws to the system. Staff are unapologetic and seemingly uneducated. On multiple occasions members of staff have said they will investigate issues and call back but they never do. When it works it works and you can’t fault it - but it is not a rare occurrence for the system to go down, glitch, log you out, open in different languages, simply not do what it’s meant to do. The only thing stopping me from switching to another provider is that my clients are so used to this app after many years of using it. £40 per month is a lot of money for it to be inconsistent and sometimes not work whatsoever. A shame because it is very easy to navigate and could be great if they invested some more money into it.
