Go somewhere else..
Even on a computer, making changes is a nightmare. Every minor adjustment requires saving after each step, and more often than not, I’m greeted with a useless “Sorry, something isn’t right” message. What’s worse? If I reset everything and repeat the exact same process, it magically works. How does that make sense? It’s shocking that such a basic functionality is this unreliable.
Frankly, I wouldn’t bother with Square Up. The lack of stability, the inefficiency, and the constant back-and-forth just aren’t worth it. I can’t wait to move to a better solution. Save yourself the frustration and look elsewhere.
Utterly Unusable
Congrats Square! You took a quality website builder like Weebly and made the entire mobile service completely unusable. Well done!

Cannot see my balance or transfer funds
However, now I cannot see the “balance” option when using the app and so I cannot see how much is in my Square account, nor can I manually transfer funds to my bank account. It’s really strange as I cannot see the balance option on my phone, but my parter downloaded the app to check, and it’s showing as an option on his phone. I’ve done all of the updates, and deleted and re-installed the app but it’s still not showing. I could only then transfer funds using my laptop - but now the balance page is glitching and cannot transfer money at all!
